Funnily enough I almost started watching Ghum back in January or Feb because I was tired of the Shivi track and some people were saying that the female lead is a strong female lead. Thankgod I never got invested in that show or else I would've been devastated by now lol. The show is absolute dog shit and the fact the TRP audience are enjoying something so ridiculous is crazy and disgusting.

Ghum was the reason I created an IF account in the first place. I really liked the show in the original days, and thought there was so much to explore between an MBBS student and an IPS police officer. Plus, Ayesha and Neil had decent chemistry in the early days... but man oh man did that show go bad 😆

Honestly, it's an achievement that I don't know who I despise more. Patralekha who lusts after her brother-in-law, or Dhara who has acts as if she owns her brothers-in-law. I mean both of them are criminal in nature, so there is nothing to argue there... but, if I do say so myself, I think Dhara deep down has a thing for Shiva... not a romantic way like Pakhi-didi, but a "This mind-slave will continue to worship me in everything I do! Yes, mind-slave, bow down to me!" way because she never seems to look for his best interests

I was watching from start i waited till they got married but then the lets abuse the fl in main hall scenes started and it got too repetitive for me and there was some offscreen drama brewing as well lol i did check in a bit when the other guy came back but nothing changed on top they brought in tracks too fast or the vamp never got karma so it was so annoying lol this whole baby track just reading about it is insane lol

This week will be all about rishita, bhabhi and baby galore since alice wasnt shooting :( no shivi scenes, ugh snooozeee

My mom getting conscious about why chikoo is always covered.

There was a time when I went gaga over Gul's MLs. Since then, I have grown older, wiser and have more common sense. 😎 😆

True, all her MLs and FLs have no other personalities. Maan Singh Khurana, Arnav Singh Raizada, Asad Ahmed Khan, Ahil Raza Ibhrahim, Shivaay Singh Oberoi, Aryan Singh Rathod etc all are young broody grumpy arrogant rich men that love their families but hate everyone else and have one reason of why they are upset with the world. Geet Handa, Khushi Kumari Gupta, Zoya Farooqi, Sanam, Anika, Imlie etc are the chirpy small town ambitious talkative poor damsel in distress girls that are almost always orphans that have a tragic backstory but unlike the MLs they hide their pain by their smile and being happy and talky all the time. Am I missing something.

I stopped paying attention to Gul shows after I grew up because she doesn't know how to tell any other story other that the rich guy and poor girl that is not educated. She always makes the ML do something so atrocious and heinous but never gives the ML the redemption track, EVER. I remember being so upset with how Arnav and Asad treated Khushi and Zoya respectively but she never gave them the redemption track that they needed. I would get excited about her shows and then realize she will never change and I would stop. This is her cycle and she gives a damn about the fandoms that she makes along the way.
