It would have been nice if she was depicted as character with flaws..but then they make characters in the show doings bhajans of dhara..to a level of the supreme righteous one while all she does are kaandhs...stop the abnormal bhakthi..and focus on the love being abv those flaws and everyone supporting and understanding each other..

ITV shows their FL as strong and righteous. Unfortunately it didn't work for PS. Supreme righteous became grey and boring.

Not sure Raavi's position here but to me she has come out strong in all of this and has shine throughout. Raavi's has flaws in her character too but viewers are able to connect with her more.

Even Rishita, the more practical one and says the right things which ITV audience likes, fails to understand her as she flips a lot.

I think that Dhara took on the responsibility of a big family who is in debt , 3 young kids and a paralysed mother in law when she was just 19 herself. She did what she could to keep the boat stay afloat .

May be it's taking upon too much at such young age that changed her thought process and behavior towards others very much.

Back in haveli days , I used to say that suman should now take care of her responsibilities and relieve dhara from being the assistant saas . Let her be the Badi bahu , let her lead her life well so that she realizes what she is doing by poking into every matter of the other couples.

Now probably it's too late to relieve additional responsibilities from her head , those have messed up with Dhara and to some extent her marriage too .

Yep. I hated it when Suman tells her that they're (the three kids) are her sons and not hers and it broke my heart because that's how reality is.

That's also an additional reason of she wanting a kid of her own because she doesn't have a relationship which is hers and no one point fingers at.

So losing a kid for her is a big thing, rather a trauma, a constant reminder that she's never going to have someone of her own and will always be labelled as a nobody.

And every ITV character is flawed as per the trp and drama ranking, aise toh Shiva ne bhi keede aur kand kiye hai, but people tend to sympathize and let go kyuki ML hai. Even I let go, because it's ITV, lol, aur kya expect kar sakte hai

Sorry, I'm ranting again, but I feel the hate her character gets is unwarranted.

And before i rant even more, I gotta go.

Hota hai, jab main ship ka attention kisi aur ko milta hai tab.

But, Ik for a fact that Dhara has her set of flaws, taking stupid decisions, always interfering in matters which shouldn't concern her and coming across more dominating than she actually is.

But I've been studying her pre leap character and I know that this is pure FOMO, having no family, being a person who's always been taunted for being a daughter of a runaway mother, never having a place to call her own and having to raise three kids which aren't even hers. Plus, losing her baby twice, wanting to perfect everything because she still craves for a family which is perfect and fails to let them make their mistakes because she's yet to let go of them.

Plus of course the extra drama and unnecessary thing the writers add.

But, I'll always have a soft corner for her, always.

Agree.. thhoda zyada ho jatha hai sometimes, but she was the anchor of the family, she has raised all 3 of them, fought almost akeli for the family and stores... I think Dhara had endured more from Suman than Raavi, she had always listened to her taanas without saying a word back! Atleast Raavi talks her heart out, be it to Shiva or Suman..

I feel for Dhara as a character and her love for Raavi makes me to like her more.. She genuinely wanted Shivi together and did whatever she could.. I stopped watching during all those Raavi abuse by Suman and Shiva, Dhara was the only soft person because of whom I somehow watched a couple of episodes more and then stopped..

Ps. I am not a Dhara fan, I disliked her after that loan kaand and how she didn't involve Raavi in paper chori plan.. but seeing your post I felt for her, and realized I used to like her.. tho socha itna achha din hain aaj, sab flip maar rahe hai, tho why not 😆 Aaj sab maaf ❤️ tho thoda Dhara appreciation ho Jaye, she deserves it ❤

At one time people were fans of dhara and Shiva

I still love their scenes no matter what , Kanwar and shiny have good chemistry actually kanwar manages good chemistry with everyone pallavi, krutika and even Mohit a.k.a Krish 😆

There was a shot of shiny after the wedding sitting gracefully and thinking about what all happened , how stunning she looked

How I loved dhara and Shiva

Though the flaws were always there even in preleap , she used to take Shiva for granted tab bhi but she realised that when she forced him for marriage and how she broke down in his arms 😭

Then her performance deteriorated and her character just became someone who is obsessed with a baby , I tried a lot to relate to her but being a mother I couldn't . The writing failed and she also failed to deliver as a woman who wants to become a mother

Hate Dhara is getting bcz of constant Dhara mata ki jai we get in episode.. That makes her more irritating.. At this point I'm Jheloing Shiva too only bcz of Raavi😆

Also Shiny's performance is deteriorating so much, it also didn't help
