A man with pure heart, in right place- the Shiva who connected with us with just a glance in Getting raavi down from noose- would not have been 'koi problem nahin hai' to Suman's push & Disu's advances.

Yes

I also remember when Raavi talked about kiss in front of the family and Gaumbi caught on it he conviently shaked his head in no.

He bluntly lied to Gaumbi about the kiss.

Raavi will stand by the family without question….will Disha do the same? today Dhara asked her that had she been in Raavi’s place, will she come back to her soon to be ex husband’s home to take care of his bhabhi without any expectations?

Anita’s love also is skin deep… If Pandya family is in trouble and facing bankruptcy, Anita too will run away…

lets see if Disha’s obsession oops I mean devotion to Shiva stays even during loan kaand…

or in an unexpected twist of events, she could be a spy or implanted by Motiben Kamini to get insider information…

jo b ho something is fishy about Disha.. because if her comment to be believed that she will be part of the show even though she won’t come in between shiva-raavi… then it is directly implied that either she is Anita part 2…or a mastermind with ulterior motives

Hun, as an audience a foil character has contrasting qualities to the protagonist; they are simply introduced to highlight the protagonist's qualities. Even if she turns out to be negative, she will still be a foil character.

But I want Pandyas Bankrupt ho jae and Suman ki bajaye.

It is getting too much to deal with their selective gareebi and Suman ki toxicity.

I shall again state. Raavi as a character is sad and makes me sympathise with her. My heart bleeds most of the time, but this show has never been about Raavi or Gaumbi or anyone else. The show revolves around Dhara and Shiva.

eewww… wth is wrong with mami.. who does this to their children😡 This is going to add up to Shivi MU list. Why are they making this so ugly to a point of no return?
I might be in the minority here.. Jealousy due to third angle is not my cup of tea.. issi liye I didn’t like Raavis kitchen outburst in yesterday’s episode. I hope shiva doesn’t encourage Disha’s advances to make Raavi jealous.

It looks sorry here because it's a show and it's supposed to inspire and not induce cringe. That's my biggest pet peeve. I wanted the divorce too. Nahi diya makers ne tho big deal for me. The day I find it triggering beyond my capacity, I shall switch off and move on. I did the same when the stupid stuff of pregnancy being the dream goal of a true woman was being doled out. I came back to watch when I started like it.

Here, I simply stated what a foil character does to the story. It's never Shiva vs Raavi, Dhara Vs.... etc etc etc. It's a story and it's being told.

Some parts are shitty. Idiotic like bringing in a third wheel while still being married. I may be like what the hell but it brings spice to the story and takes it forward. It may be morally ambiguous but it is what it is.

Feels like cringe most of the time.

Shit happens in real life, worse than this. That's why time and again, I have emphasised that I like this track IGNORING the fact that they are legally married on papers.

It's simply fiction for me and not triggering me as such.

Writers aren't hell-bent on proving anything, the writers don't hate their characters, not butcher them contrary to what the audience would like to believe. People like shitty stuff and they serve it. Shows like Mirzapur with adultery and blah exist but are considered narratives.

Similarly, I watch it with a certain sense of detachment.

They are simply telling a story with all masala incorporated to generate TRP. In short, it's a business product.

So, in short, yes, it's so so so problematic and wrong representation. The makers have chosen this route, and we all can do nothing but give feedback and express displeasure. Rest, they hardly care as long as it beings back business to them.

My upset - a huge one as a viewer & follower of this show is-

In this Shiva-Raavi equation- with Multiple lose threads, Bachpan ke kisse jke har hisse, were enough to make their progress, compatibility, love all a shiddatized story.

There was no need to go this used million times trope, another woman to make her realize the value of her pati angle. The route they have taken is Very very disturbing.

Yes people divorce & during proceedings time people do start dating/etc. They are on different routes than already by then. BEsides legal separation- rest emotional connection is all separated already.

But here they have shown him still being exploring his own feelings for Raavi. That's why this bothers.

If he goes ahead with the compatibility contest, it completely erases his reactions at : Ek dil hai.. ek imaan hai moment.

Shiva ka character fall is bothersome. He was different , unique character after long time on ITV.
