Hearing Shiva mention about Dev’s marriage with Raavi, Dev was confused and shocked.

Ye kya bol raha h Shiva? Me aur Raavi....

Shiva didn’t want to hear beyond that. He stopped Dev by raising his hand and said

Ek bad puchu?

Dev looked at Shiva questioningly. Shiva continued

Tum wo ladki ko pasand karta h na?

Dev was confused.

Konse ladki?

Shiva rolled his eyes in anger. Dev realised Shiva is talking about Raavi.

Acha! Raavi?

Shiva kept looking at Dev silently. Dev said with a smile

Raavi ko to, tere siwa pure Somnath pasand karta h. Me bhi....

Shiva stopped Dev and told

Phir Ab ye mat bol ki khud ki shaadi ke bare me tume kuch khabar hi nai

Dev was confused. Without waiting for Dev’s reply Shiva left the shop and Dev tried to stop him.

Ruk Shiva.... Shiva ruk...

But Shiva left already. Dev wondered

Arey! Aaj ye Shiva aur Raavi ko kya hogaya. Ye dono kya chupa rahe h? Aur ye Shiva mere shaadi ke bare me kya bol rah tha. Kuch samaj nai aara h. Gaumbi se bad karna hoga.

He took out his phone to call Gaumbi. At the same time Dev’s phone rang. It was Rishita on the other end. Dev attended the call and Rishita asked at express speed

Dev! Bhul gaya kya aaj kis se milna h?

Suddenly Dev remembered that today he has to meet Rishita’s father and he forgot that because of Siva and Raavi’s issue. He rubbed his forehead and said

Rishita! Bas 10 minute me pahunch raha hu.

She said in an irritated tone

Hamesha ki tarah aaj bhi late?Jaldi karo Dev! Me bohut tensed hu

Dev replied apologetically

Tu tension math ho Rishita. Bas pahunch raha hu

He told kaka to take care of the shop and left for Rishita’s home.

At Pandya Niwas, Gaumbhi and Dhara were excitedly discussing about wedding arrangements. Seeing their brightly lit faces Krish asked

Bhabhi! Aaj aap ka serial ka chuti h kya. Itna kush kaisa nazar aarahe aap?

Gaumbhi gave him an angry look and said

Me bhi baita hu teri bhabhi ke sath. Kuch bol ne se pehle apna dimag ko istamal karna

Krish looked at his brother with with fake anger.

Dhara told krish with a wild grin

Krish! jo shaadi ab hamara parivar me honewala h na, wo sirf aaj ke liye nai , hamesha hamesha ke liye is ghar me kushiyan bharke rakhegi.

Gaumbi and Dhara smiled at their achievement in convincing Maa for this wedding.

Shiva reached the tree where he always goes to when he is upset. He claimed up and sat on the tree with his eyes closed trying to calm himself. Suddenly Raavi’s crying face popped in his mind and he opened his eyes with a jerk and looked around. He nodded his head disapprovingly

Sab kuch teek chal raha tha. Ab Ye maami ki behen ki beti ne raita phailana shuru kardi

Raavi reached her home with heavy heart. She was hurt that Shiva failed to understand her genuine feelings and questioned her character. When she entered the house, Anita came running and hugged her affectionately. Raavi looked Anitha without any emotions. Anitha whispered in Raavi’s ears

Mubarak ho Raavi!

Hearing Anitha’s congratulations, Raavi was confused. She parted from Anitha’s hug and asked meekly

Di! Aaj ka din tho mere liye bohut hi karab nikli. Ab Kis kushi me mubarak de rahi ho?

Anitha was all excited about this wedding and was very happy for Raavi. She replied with a wild grin

Shaadi mubarak ho meri pyari behen!

Raavi was shocked.

Shaadi? Kiski?

Anitha mockingly pinched Raavi’s cheeks.

Aur kis ki? Somnath ki sab se sundar ladki yani meri behen ki shaadi hone wali h

Raavi was startled.

Ye kya bol rahe ho Di. Kisi ne mujse pucha bhi nai

Anitha smiled at Raavi and took her hands in hers.

Raavi....ladka yesa koi hai ki tumse puch ne ke liye zarurat hi nai pada

For a second Raavi thought it could be Shiva and her heart skipped a beat.

Di, ye sab sach keh rahi ho?

Anitha rolled her eyes.

Tu bhi na Raavi.... shaadi ki bad ko leke koi mazaak karte h kya?

Some unknown feelings bothered Raavi.

Di! Ladka kaun h?

Anitha was teasing

Hai koi... par me nai bata sakthi

Raavi was frustrated

Di....

At the same time, mausi reached there and announced with pride

Dev!....Dev hai hamara Damad ka naam

Raavi was startled.

Kya? Dev? Achanak ye sab kya hora h Mausi maa? Ab meri shaadi ki itni jaldi kya h?

Mausi told her with a smile

Ha maan thi hu ki mere liye tum abi bi bachi ho. Par shaadi ko Umar tho hogaya h na beta?

Fighting back her tears, Ravi nodded disapprovingly.

Par mausi maa ab nai karni h mujhe shaadi

Without waiting for Mausi’s reply, Raavi ran out of the house. Mausi was shocked and tried to stop.

Raavi beta ruk....ruk...kaha jarahi ho?

But Raavi left already. Mausi was worried.

Ab ye Raavi ko kya hogaya? Patha nai kaha jarahi h? Hey Anitha! zara tere papa ko phone lagao

Shiva was still sitting on the tree and lost in some thoughts. He recalled the conversation that happened between Dhara and Gaumbi that morning and their words echoed in his ears.

Gaumbhi: tu dekhna Dhara! Dev aur Raavi bilkul ek perfect couple benenge.

Dhara: ji! Dono ko beech me sab barabar hai. Dono pade likhe h, well mannered hai, matured hai, soft nature ki hai...

Gaumbhi: Aur sabse important ek dus ro ko bohut izzat aur care karte hai.

Shiva came out his thoughts and nodded his head.

Ye mamikibehenki beti aur maturity? Ye Dhara bhabhi bi h na? Kushi kushi me kuch bhi bol deti h. Wo chipkali ko tho abi tak ye bhi samaj nai aayi ki wo kis ke saath kush rah thi aur aage bhi rah payi gi. Jo mann me aaya, bina soche samjhe bolti phirti hai. Pata nai isko kon samja sakte?

Shiva took a deep breath and jumped down from the tree. At the same time his phone rang. It was Kaka from the shop. Shiva attended the call.

Shiva beta! Kaha ho tu? Dukaan mein kuch saamaan aaya h. Dev Kahi bahar gaye aur Gaubhi abi tak nai aaye. yaha me akela hu. Customer ko bhi dekhna h aur saamaan ko bhi check karna. Tum zara jaldi aao. Agar tum nai aa sakta to me Dev ko call karu?

Shiva replied sarcastically

Kaka! Wo Dulhe raja ko koi takleef math deejiye. me aara hu.

He left for shop.

Dev reached Rishita’s home and was waiting in the drawing room all tensed. Rishita came running to the drawing room and gave him a side hug. Dev looked around and moved away from Rishita. She smiled at him.

Dev! Kya Tu tensed ho?

Dev nodded silently.

Tu tension math lo Dev. Maine papa se sab bad kar liya. Wo bohut cool hai. Maan jayenge hamare shaadi ko. Par ek bad ko dhyaan rakhna Dev... Papa jo bhi mangenge mana math karna.

Dev looked at her questioningly.

matlab?

Rishita told him with a smile.

Jo bhi papa mangenge wo sirf hamare kushi ke liye mangege. Tu tension math lo.

Dev was confused. When he was about to question her further, Rishita’s father Janardan arrived at the Drawing room. Dev stood up and wished Janardhan with a namaste. Instead he hugged Dev and patted his back. Rishita was very happy to see that. Janadhan signalled Dev to sit and started the conversation

Rishita ne mujhe sab batayi. Par Hamari parivar ka log thoda purana zamane ki soch wale hain. Un logon ko ye pyar vyar ka shabd bhi pasand nai hai.

Dev frowned. Janardhan continued

Par meri beti aur aap ka acchi kismat h ki Me thoda forward thinking ka Aadmi hu. Isiliye ye pyar vyar ko khilaf nai hu.

Dev was relieved and Rishita smiled. Janardhan continued with a smile.

Aap aur Rishita ki shaadi mujhe bilkul mansoor hai.

Dev and Rishita both smiled at each other. Janardhan asked Dev

Par aap se ek choti si maang hai.

Dev looked at Janardhan questioningly

Aap shaadi ke baad ghar jamai bankar yahan hamari ghar pe rehna hoga

Hearing what Janardhan just said, Dev was shocked. He looked at Rishita questioningly. But she kept smiling at him. Janardhan continued

Bas itni si maang

Dev frowned. Janardhan told with a smirk

Maine bola tha na ki mein forward thinking ka aad mi hu. shaadi ke bad chahein ladki ladka ka ghar jati h ya ladka ladki ki ghar jata h, mere nazar me ye dono hi barabar h.

Dev was silent. Rishita was anxiously looking at Dev. Janardhan pushed further

Aap haan bolte hi mein shaadi ki tareekh nikal dunga.

Dev looked at Rishita angrily. Rishita said with a smile.

Kya soch raha h Dev? Papa tho bus hamari kushi ke liye keh rahe hai na. Shaadi ke bad is ghar mein rah ne keliye haan bol do Dev.

Dev was startled.
