I thought I was the only one having this issue with gifs being frozen

Oh I'm sorry, it works perfectly fine for me, so I'm not sure how to fix this. Maybe try logging in on a different device. Gifs tend to work smoother on a computer rather than phone.

Oh no I was talking about some other gifs on the forum. Your ones are working fine for me
