I just feel the build up of conflict in Sadaf’s mind should have shown a bit more clearly.
I thought it was pretty evident, no? Once that 8-crore deal was done and dusted, she was grateful to BA for all his help - finding a donor, expediting the process, arranging the whole process etc. Even when Humsha badmouthed BA with Sadaf (after Bilal and Zaaviyar had left to US), Sadaf tried to defend him. It was to Humsha's credit that she knew exactly what to tell to sway Sadaf's trust. Sadaf already knew about Bilal's vices - heard from the man himself, so she has solid evidence on his 'character', there is nothing for her to mistrust there. It was a matter of believing the supplementary facts provided by Humsha
Her conflict was quite obvious when Farzana spoke about how she believe that Bilal will bring a proposal for her and then when she kept thinking about all those in her room. So she went ahead and made the impulsive decision of agreeing to marry her friend - a friend who she knew better, who claims to love her.
But even without giving monologues to explicitly explain her pov, her conflict was apparent - like how she slightly froze when Zaaviyar said 'there is no one like Bilal', her reluctance when her mother asked to call Bilal to invite for dinner, when Zaviyaar was talking about how Bilal was treating him as a brother etc. I thought all those were enough to clarify the way the wheels are turning in her head, no?
