Will Sadaf listen to her heart or will she listen to Humsha's lies? Ammar and Humsha are equal footing characters with Bilal and Sadaf. That is why they get same screen space. Our mistake is thinking this is a Bilal-Sadaf love story.

This is a one sided love story from Bilal's pov...A man who is so vocal about his vices and is perceived as the bad guy is the only one who actually knows what true love is...What we are seeing is not Sadaf making a choice but how a man is perceived wrong by the woman he loves....Sadaf represents the society in a way.....Bilal despite being seen as the wrong man, is actually the right partner for Sadaf, the man whose love is pure...He is willing to let go of his love for her happiness...Will such a man get his love? that's the entire story all about.

Sadaf will fall for him and that would be his reward.

Exactly this is my problem...she is not after BA I feel..she just likes to manipulate people..manipulating people is like her hobby....she doesn't have any motives I feel

Yeah this is what it is. Although I find it gag worthy when I see Sadaf show any romantic gestures towards Ammar, she’s trying to convince herself that she is in love. This is the path she chose so she’s trying hard to justify it. Sadaf is a difficult person though and I don’t feel they are even trying to sugarcoat it. Even in the teaser about Sadaf, didn’t Bilal refer to her as ziddi?

@Bold

Exactly!

And his exact words were 'Aur ziddi aaj bhi hai', which always made me think there must be a time lapse in the narrative!

He was clear that at the moment his heart & mind are occupied by Sadaf and only after she gets married is when Humsha should ask him again and only then he will understand...It was more of a taunt coz if you notice he clenched the table cloth after saying this and then he left...The dialogues have a certain meaning and aren't pretty straightforward.

I know what you are saying but its not well directed or well written enough yaar...Its really a torture to see 2 out of 3 episodes only a filler...adding nothing to the story..

We all know its a one sided love story but than the FL also falls for the ML right? But here I only see negativity is taking over the positivity.

See,every show needs to have a balance between positivity and negativity..but this show doesn't have..here you see only negativity winning..which is really depressing to watch..on the top of it the side characters are so uninteresting to watch.

Well this is how the writing & story is...I am still unsure how come people were hoping for romance when the teasers clearly showed her getting married to Ammar & Bilal saying he loves her while she doesn't.

I won't be surprised if Ammar & Sadaf actually end up getting married....This is Bilal's story of love for Sadaf....Sadaf will reciprocate much later.

The story is decent, my only problem is pace & repetition...I do not have a problem with the direction or cinematography.

The point is that I still can't exactly figure out the full extent of her intentions and that makes all her moves repetitive and annoying to me. Like, by now, we should know where she is heading - please don't tell me she is in love with him, because I am not going to believe that with all that character assassination! She needs to have a motive and if there was a slightest inclination on that, then it would have been bearable to watch her repetious manipulations - but by now they've become wearisome! If she doesn't have a proper motive, then I'd say that is a poorly written character.

This.

Humsha saying she’s angry with someone( in yesterday’s episode)could’ve been a perfect setup to finally reveal what’s driving her, but they’re still keeping it all so vague that it’s starting to feel pointless. Who is she mad at? Sadaf?or Bilal? but if it’s Bilal—did he hurt her, reject her, or what? And if it’s not even about them, then what’s her deal? Her constant lying and scheming is getting repetitive, and without knowing her reasons, it just feels like chaos for the sake of chaos.

Pace and repeatation is a major problem..no one would like to see same things in every episode and wrap up leads story in last 2 episodes...like what kind of storytelling is this?

Well, I guess Zaviyar is the only one whose understanding on Bilal was not polluted by others perception and he saw Bilal for what he is. There is an emotional attachment there, which in a way extended to Farzana. I thought she'd be a hard nut to crack, but given the way she was shown to be very intuitive about people (Humsha included) as well as Zaviyar's adoration worked for Bilal in wining her.
