I don't remember the last hit Maya gave, Yunhi is a flop. Hira and Usama are in supporting roles.

I don't know if it has ever happened, but it's not impossible. Total TRP of top 3 channels this Wednesday was 28.4, so both Bismil and SMD can get 10+ TRP next week.

i believe trp of first episode cant be the criteria for success as meherposh got the highest trp for first episode but ultimately flopped..

i think how much views any drama retains from first episode should be the criteria

like gentleman first episode has 16 m views but latest is just 3m

Avg 7 TRP drama on Hum TV was a flop? Humtv would like to have more such flops then lol. Yunhi was one of the top-performing dramas on Hum TV last year; Hum TV itself acknowledged that in its annual report.

It also depends on word of mouth. This year both Noor Jahan and Radd started with average ratings but ended up getting double digits. Pak tv audience are different from online audience. So, I will not rely on what is being said right now. Though ARY is now on the golden phase it seems it will be difficult to overshadow it.

Mein got 11 trp for its first episode so SMD should be compared to that.

Even kmkt started with less than 10 trp and had less views initially but later on it exploded.

TB also had average ratings, it's a blockbuster only because of the massive yt views which was possible because Indians watched the show in huge numbers.

Jn is getting good views on yt but trp wise it's not having the best of the trps.

Since past few months geo has been in it's super flop era rating wise so I'm keeping my expectations low. If it touches 10 then I'd be happy but if not I'd know the reason for it.

Yeah. Though JN is still getting double digit and leading slot which is still good considering the storyline which is a mess. Ary has lately been making good shows so people are watching them and now it seems to have loyal audience. Geo shows all are trash. I am also keeping my expectations low since it's a geo show. I have no hopes from Kaddu uncle.
