I want to see how they tackle this issue when divorce happens in privacy

This scum does not fear religion the Almighty the consequences of his actions

He has divorced her but is saying your word against mine

A person who abides by the religion would definitely announce it and find proper solution to get back together

Even in Paiwand the divorce happened in privacy

Yes. It is sad to see that Zahid's popularity has decreased, warna this drama and Mor Moharan would've at least got more views on yt. But alas. 🥺

Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha. Why has it reduced? He has one show a year - aisa nahi hai ki he is not making shows.

I am unaware of Islamic traditions with respect to this kind of divorce. Triple talaq and in closed doors … is that recognized? And whose word against who- in the sense, the onus is on the girl or the guy that he presented her with it? can someone explain this to me?
or as usual this is lot of creative liberty 😩

Triple talaq is a full fledged divorce.... Islam needs witness for nikaah n divorce can happen in privacy... The rules for getting together after divorce are too severe which is why it is considered very bad to give three talaqs in one go... The onus is probably on both to respect the divorce if it happens... The religious kind will consider getting together after divorce as a sin

Thank you for this. Actually my question about onus was with regard to who will be responsible for proving that the triple Talaq in closed doors has happened. Will the higher order believe the man or the woman? So who has the burden to prove that the triple T has happened?

I am unable to understand the girls mother, I am sorry, I myself have been brought up by a single mom and let me tell you, single moms are SUPER clued into daughters feelings, Ek minute ke liye bhi nahi chodh ti humari adhe baat. She will get it out of me and my sister, because in reality her life was she had to be both father and mother so she had to take tekhaa of all kinds of protectiveness towards us.

if I was sitting and crying like that, my mother would have stopped the whole ritual, taken me aside to another room and asked me straight up ki kya hua? Bataa mujhe,,,

The characterization of the girl’s mother, I am sorry is the stupidest most illogical thing I have come across. It’s actually insulting to moms, I rather they had shown her full negative or as a step mother. Not this clueless idiotic behavior

Amna and Hasan in SH have stated that triple talaq given in the same moment or all together in one time is not talaq and that there must be time between the three.

This makes a lot of sense to me because otherwise in this scenario, it would be so difficult for the woman to prove that she doesn’t want to go with the man, because he has given her talaq, esp when the man claims it’s hasn’t happened. The woman has no recourse. But if there is time between the three, there is space for introspection, for stepping away and for even seperation.

Amna and Hasan are wrong. Islamically you are not supposed to give three talaaqs in one go. A man is supposed to give the three divorces across a period of regular intervals, to allow for a chance of potential reconciliation. If a man doesn’t follow these guidelines, and gives three divorces in one go, he is sinful however the divorce remains valid. This is the case for all schools of thought in Islam, to my knowledge, so I’m not sure what Amna and Hassan were talking about. There is no onus on the ex-wife to ‘prove’ she was divorced in this scenario. Her family should take her word for it. If push comes to shove and the ex-husband is refusing to acknowledge what he’s done she can get help from a scholar, who can in this situation enforce the divorce.
