this is epic🤣🤣🤣

At this moment Wahaj is the only saving grace of this show. In today's episode he played Saad the naqam ashique role to a tee. It's funny how we all feared he might be playing a role similar to Hamza in Fitoor but going by today's episode and the upcoming promo, looks like it is Areeb who is playing Hamza lite.

Also it felt like a seriously badly edited episode. Why did they put the ost scenes where Maheer introduces Abeer to Saad and Saad revealing Maheer's portrait in front of her as flashbacks right in the middle of no where? It made absolute zero sense.

I am glad in today's episode Neelo was aware something is wrong with Saad. Even his colleague could tell something is up but all hail the mataji who is still oblivious. And on the other hand Maheer's dad also remains annoying with his emotional manipulation.

Loved Wahaj's performance yesterday.Yesterday's epi was kind of a filler but yeah they highlighted Saad's and Areeb's love in different light where one is willing to give up for his lover's happiness whereas the other one is getting obsessive to get the girl.

Next epi will be picking up the drama i guess.The thing that continues to dissapoint is less dialogues and overuse of music,also the less use of light in many scenes!Why they have made the atmosphere so dark in the show...I wish they had made Mahi less selfish bcs in the precap she is coming across as using Saad.Though there is pretty much scope of growth in her character and i hope the makers will show it.In epi 4,she came across as sensible and logical,dont know why she took such a turn,judging from the precap.She should have been the one to tell or could have joined Saad while rejecting the rishta infront of the parents!

It is a paki drama thing I have noticed whenever an OST is a hit, they overuse it in the drama until people start getting annoyed by it.

As for Maheer not being the one to say no to the rishta, I think it goes completely with the character they have build up for her so far. From epi 1 she was shown as a daddy's girl and given the strict household environment and her father's constant emotional manipulation, it would be unlike of her to say no to the rishta herself.

As for using Saad, at this point she thinks Saad is also unhappy with the rishta and is completely unaware if his feelings for her. To Maheer, Saad is her best friend and the person she goes to whenever she has any kind of problem because she knows he will get her out of it, so it is very natural and not at all selfish of her to ask him to say no to the rishta. I did notice in the precap Saad is saying that both of them are unhappy with the rishta but still the elders are only mad at him. It is left to be seen how that will unfold.

But big bang seems to love playing ost in their dramas a bit too much!

Mahi could have denied the rishta with Saad infront of the parents,though Saad said that both of them dont want it but the parents are only pissed with him!It would have been better had she said no for their relation nonetheless taking Saad as her support system,then it wouldnt have come across as this bad in the precap.Saad was literally getting ousted from his chachu's house and their is going to be an obvious dent and bitterness in their relation just because he is the only party who came forward to say no for this marriage.If Mahi stood together with Saad while saying no,then the parents would have been more understanding and wouldnt have been so riled up.She seemed to just watch the show when Saad was getting ousted by her dad and it puts her character in a pretty bad light..

Keeping yourself first is not a bad thing but we have to see who we are trying to push back in that race of me first. Cuz if it is a guy like saad then we shouldn't be this selfish

I frankly find Saad’s devdas attitude annoying. He didn’t speak up for 2 decades and is moping around now? Sorry but I refuse to feel bad for him just because Wahaj Ali is playing him 😆 A girl has the right to marry whoever she wants. The only thing Maheer has done wrong is to use him to reject the proposal in the next episode. Nothing else. Totally and solely my opinion.

Bold Agreed...The thing she is going to do in the next epi is what going to make me against her!!!Otherwise i liked her pov in epi 4 and in epi 5 as well she was not joining in the madness of Areeb and said it loud and clr that she will keep her respect first and doesnt want stained love.Only the precap is what made me dislike her,she shouldnt have used someone else for her own gain!

Am also talking about her making Saad say it all and not saying it herself i was not talking about her selecting anyone or anything ..
