I've read several comments criticizing Areeb-Maheer's love because it is just a few weeks old while Saad has loved her for many years. However, in a conservative society, and especially in the middle-class, where dating is not allowed, this is very common that a guy likes a girl after seeing her at a wedding or party and then asks his parents to send a proposal. Even if its just liking, it is called a love marriage that is arranged with the permission of elders. Once, the match is made by the elders and the couple knows that they'll get married in a few days or week, they start seeing each other as their potential life partner and believe that they're in love, even if you don't consider 'love at first sight' love at all. Considering this, Areeb and Maheer's crying for each other makes total sense to me.

Areeb is a creep,the way he was kissing bracelet was creepy as hell,then in the very first episode the way he was staring even made me uncomfortable watching that and he was following her everywhere in the function,those traits are not really endearing to watch.Its another thing that Mahi didnt mind because tbh her character as i said hasnt been given any relevance in the show yet,a spineless senseless nonsense character it is.He took her number from Anabia,didnt even message first to ask if he could call and directly called her and once again Mahi was ok with it,which made me dislike her character a bit more. The marriage,the mother didnt even bother to stay even for a moment after seeing Mahi,which was an insult,any sensible girl in Mahi's place would have called off that relation then and there.Because his mom insulted the whole family by doing so.And Areeb was saying he would make Mahi just like them after marriage,which actually says a lot about his love or whatever.I wouldnt have a problem with Areeb had the execution being done in a much better manner,yes love at first sight happens but it depends on the execution totally.And Zaviyar is lacking infront of Wahaj Hania,if there was some good actor in his place then i think i would have atleast felt for him,he was given a prolonged scene in the last epi with a breakdown to showcase and i had to skip in the midway because i couldnt take it.

The problem is not Areeb as much, but his family..his mother is so wierd honestly..the way she behaved in Maheer's house..it was so horrible...khandaani people dont behave like that, even if there is a class gap, there is a way of conducting yourself.

Maheer's mother was happy to overlook that..just because Areeb was rich..but how can you not think about your daughter's happiness..money is not everything, how would Maheer be happy in this kind of a house? Same goes for Maheer..I will be honest I dont like how she treats Saad at all..har baari bechargi ka rona, victimizing herself and letting Saad take the fall for her..and she doesnt even respect him..friend zoning is one thing, she just uses him for her benefit..she doesnt have to be in love with someone to be fair to them..I totally understand that Maheer does not see Saad that way and it was wrong to force the rishta on her..SO then be honest about it? Har baar she starts singing, I cant say anything, I cant do anything..why? HOW! her blaming Saad for saying yes at Nikkah also..I just was so damn ANNOYED!

i am still not able to get Mahi's character like usska character hai kya,she is manipulative,self centered and started doing rona dhona in the last epi saying ki woh majboor thi,woh kuch nhi keh sakti thi,toh Saad kya tha?She isnt aware of his feelings,toh she should understand na that he was forced as well and was not willing to do a marriage with her.He also all of a sudden became a married person in his cousin's marriage out of nowhere,doesnt that get into her thick head.Oh her chant about losing her love,why doesnt she ask Saad,was there someone in his life as well whom he had to let go due to this sudden forced marriage when he said he was going through the same turmoil as her,but no rather she got irritated because he said that!She came to get comfort from him so shouldnt she provide the same comfort to him as well?Why its only Saad who is supposed to take care of their friendship!I am not liking any of this characters!Saad is making me annoyed as well,like itna mahaan mat bano ki spineless dekhne lago,give a damn about your self respect too!

Mahi is like her mother,her mother's qualities are instilled in her and she does look at Saad just like her mother describes him.Not for once i have seen Mahi defending her so called friend Saad infront of her mother,who keeps on spewing rubbish about him.

umm Wahaj is getting popularity due to his two ongoing shows right now,he got critically acclaimed for his performances before but was neither that popular nor that known nor had that much of a huge fan base.And about Zaviyar taking risk while being pitted against Wahaj,well Zaviyar is playing a lead role in this show so i would expect him to have the decent acting chops to keep me atleast intrigued to watch his scenes,he was given a meaty scene in the last epi to enact and i had to skip it midway not because he was sputtering nonsense like Mahi was doing in the 1st scene of the last epi but because i couldnt take his acting.I have watched him in sang e mah where he gave a good performance,watched him in Bakhtawar where he was absolutely flat and now in mpht,i am finding him the same old.

About Areeb being a creep,in my opinion his antics scream that.Stalking,following,proposing infront of ppl without even having the decency to take the girl in confidence,threatening to commit suicide if thing doesnt go his way and in the next few epis more of his charming antics will come out.😊

Nah, the risk was not that big as Wahaj was not extremely popular or known before Tere Bin and then this show blew up.

I don't fault the actor tho, the writing here is weird. Even Saad looks stupid sometimes but it's just that Wahaj is a very good and charismatic actor so he is basically the only one audience is interested in right now.

I hope Maheer's character changes cause Hania is a good actor herself but this show is not doing her any favor. Forget character development, they are not even giving her some good scenes to show some romantic connection between her and Zaviyar

Wahaj is doing a pretty good job yes,but the show is written only in the favour of Saad's character till now,his one sided love is being highlighted to no end and he and Neelo are the ones seem to get pretty good and sensible scenes to enact till now,i havent seen Saad sputtering any nonsensical thing till now,till epi 4 i couldnt connect with Saad bcs he was not being highlighted,his scenes were just here and there,even though Wahaj gave good performance in those epis as well, he didnt connect because till then there was nothing shown majorly specifically for him,i was finding him immature at that time,so more than performance it depends on the character. His character is well written till now,even though he does come across as spineless sometimes but most of the viewers love when ml do sacrifices.I have seen ppl simping endlessly on the character Hamza of MH,because he was behaving like a decent man,that is the standard of dramas right now,we hardly get a big hearted decent ml in dramas and when we get that we start making them sound like they are the eighth wonders.Saad actually does come across as some eighth wonders though,because there is no flaws shown in him,he is some kind of farishta.And when it comes to Hania,she is used like a showpiece in this show,not given any relevance or rationality and not only her, all the other experienced and senior actors in this show are being wasted like garbage.It is really funny to see in a whole show only one character is given preferance while others are just used as showpieces,to make ppl sympathise with Saad character,he has been shown as a victim and most of the characters as his tormentors.Even Zaviyar is going to get scope to perform,his character is grey,he will pretty soon be turning mad but its just the actor who is lacking for me.If it was Bilal or some good actor then i wont have a problem watching their lunacy,Areeb has a major role to play in this show.

Regarding the focus on Saad , I think this just happens and Wahaj got extremely lucky. His years of hardwork finally paid of. He suddenly became one of the most popular actor thanks to Tere Bin and then people connected with Saad too.

He is very honest actor , so I am happy for him. I just hope Hania's story gets better so we can enjoy a good romance if there is one. Otherwise it will be very depressing one sided love story
