we had this misconception since he palyed AHSANS nephew in meherbano and when Ahsan did a video with xavyar and Kaushal....he addressed Ahsan as his mamu as that's what their relationship was in the show and we misunderstood
It's after I watched Kaushal interview in something haute I got to know how much struggle he had to go through to get a show

If u were a nepo kid then of course u would have gotten a few initial dramas and to make us ur fan ...u need to have acting ability given pak dramas are very demanding
Nepo kids have easy entry but survival and fandom depends on quality of acting
Khushhal Khan is not as impressive as Zaviyaar though he was good as Mahira Khan's brother in Ek Thi Nigaar. However, he's so young and easy on the eyes.. and yes, he's not a NEPO KID.. to know him well, watch his interview..

He was excellent in Ek this nigaar and he is very good in meherbano and bebasi as well
