Yes, Ramal and Umeed are half sisters.They have the same father but different mothers, Umeed is 2 years older than Ramal. Ramal is the real daughter of Mahrukh and Sarmad. Mahrukh is Sarmad's third wife.Umeed is the daughter of Sarmad and Komal (Sarmad's first wife and Mahrukh's elder sister). After Komal's death, Sarmad married Neelam.Mahrukh and Junaid were good friends. They loved each other and were about to get married but on the day of shadi, Junaid refused to marry Mahrukh. Due to some circumstances, Sarmad married Mahrukh and thus Mahrukh become Sarmad third wife.Sarmad Mother is a wicked old woman She doesn't like Umeed and Mahrukh 🤢

She is still alive. Neelam is Junaid's (Faraz) mother. After the divorce, Neelam married Yasir (Hammad) (Mahrukh's ex-fianc). Neelam hates Umeed. Neelam is as bad as her aunt (Mehrukh's mother-in-law), she even tried to kill Umeed. Junaid is three years younger than Umeed. He is even younger than Ramal.

Mahrukh ex-fiance 's name is Yasir, not Junaid.Junaid is the eldest son of Yasir and Neelam.
