Now everyone will interview AAA

No point predicting about trps now.....let the shows start.....then we will see for ourselves

I don't want 100% truth

I have seen all my life Indian movies fabricating their history with Pakistan and later with bd all my life

I m so okay with fabrication

But I have so much HIGH REGARD for the pak drama industry .....I and inspite of the bloodshed and brutality in 1971 ......there is an immense amount of support for Pakistan cricket and now Pakistani dramas and the stars in bd which is unimaginable

And the same goes for pak people towards BD people as well

We r brothers

So I don't want any negative vibes

It's just that during the 1971 war Bangladesh was the victim and hence its difficult to justify all that brutality

If this show even shows 50% of the truth and 50% white washing ....I will happily watch

Given we have all endured way more bullshit from Bollywood as long as their historical representation is concerned

I don’t know if you will believe me but Pakistani’s have nothing against Bangladesh. I for one have never experienced it. My father actually lived in Bangladesh after migrating from India and was very fluent in Bangali.

Pakistan and Bangladesh do not have the rivalry like India and Pakistan, even though sometimes during cricket I feel it’s being forced, but it never works.

And you are so right about Bollywood fabricating the events. I remember how the Indians here hated Daastan because it was our version of the events. Then only want to see their version and nothing else. No offence to anyone, just stating my experience on the Zee forum.

I really wanted to watch this show as it stars 2 of my fav actors but now after reading the premise..no..😔 I could barely watch dastan as I could never watch partition stories...Sanam was top notch though and I haven't seen better acting ....these kind of stories give me nightmares..my Nani and grandparents family came from Pakistan during partition and they used to narrate the stories which they witnessed ..the stories from both the sides are neither fabricated nor unreal..they are just too unfortunate to even remember. I hope the history is never repeated and we learn the lessons from the past .

Yes when it comes to the 1947 partition

The stories are real from both sides

What they showed in daastan wasn't fabricated neither was what they showed in bhaag mikha bhaag or a few other Indian films as there had been brutality from both sides on the other religion people

And I completely agree with SHABZ on what she said on Bd vs pak

A lot of pak students are my students friends who come from pak to study medical here and also a lot of pak students study in IUT which is bds most famous engineering institute

There r students from kashmir too

And they are very happy and comfortable in bd and even in the recent bd vs pak cricket matches which happened in Dhaka ......my students went with all their pak and kashmiri friends with bd and pak flags and they cheered for both bd and pak

A lot of pak cric fans also come to bd during international tournaments and we welcome them and give them the best seats of the stadium

So from Bds side as well there is nothing but friendship and fondness

Pak cricket and their players from every era ...clothes and masala are hugely popular here and now that I m writing this post....a car went by in front of my house with KAM 3 OST in full volume..... hahahaha....

I don't know why seeing this promo and the hum tv promo I feel it won't be just whitewashing pak

I m really excited to watch both these dramas

Exactly. I don’t know if you know this but our history books in school hardly talks about the the 1971 war, The split of east Pakistan current Bangladesh. We aren’t bombarded with hate for the people of Bangladesh, nothing hateful in the books. I am actually very ignorant of what happened at that time, thats how little our school books talk about it. Whereas if you ask about the 1947 partition, everyone is well informed.

Of course they won't talk about 1971 war in your history books unless they want to lie because it was a genocide that they caused and bd was fighting just to survive..my parents and grandparents have lived through the horrors of it. I have nothing against this generation of Pakistan either but no amount of whitewashing will free Pakistanis of the blood that is on their hands during that period.

You are right, but my point is, Pakistani don’t have any ill feelings toward Bangladesh even though we split from one country. We still love Bangladesh as our own.❤️Not in the literal way 😆
