After humsafar, they were offered a few projects together but always rejected them. Bin Roye was one of them but Fawad refused for it. Apparently the two didnt get along. So I find it weird that after so long they would work together again.

I dont like them anyway. Wish it was a fresh couple.😔

this will be the biggest project of hum so they'd take fawad n mahira as they have the biggest reach and also the maximum hype

But my point was how did they agree for a project after so long😆

Farhats all projects are a hit...but it still wont grab the same attention as Humsafar because its been a long time now and people have moved on

They have already done 2 films together so I dont think they don't like each other

Fawad really did career suicide by going into hibernation after getting banned from Bollywood

I mean who does that when one is at peak of one's career

He isn't getting any younger

All he did was a few TVC here and there

A few cameos here and there

A few interviews....fans kept on waiting and waiting to the point that now people don't even care anymore what he does

I agree he did films in between which never got released but on tv there had been so much of quality work

He could have done a few good dramas even a few telefilms for eid at least

I m seeing 10 yrs of Humsafar vid clips everywhere and got so mad thinking 5 of these 10 yrs he just wasted for no reason what so ever inspite of Pak having a booming drama and films mkt globally

You said it! I don't understand why he stopped working? Probably waiting to get back into bollywood? Did he forget it was the dramas who actually made him a star. Such a shame, he got so full of himself, thinking nobody could touch his star power 🤣

I know I will hype Fawad again, whenever he decides to come back, but really he turned out to be a lazy and dispassionate person towards acting, I just cant see how someone stays away from something for so long, if they are passionate towards it.

Its not just a disservice to his fans, but his own craft. He is a gifted actor - a complete package, but if he dint do work, because nothing like Breaking Bad was being made in Pakistan, I mean its just a very flimsy reason to just hit slumber and do nothing instead!

And he was lucky that ZGH was airing the same time, Khoobsurat released here, otherwise that movie was so below average with Sonam annoying the frackk out of me and Fawad was presented like Ken the doll..foolish Kapoor sisters just kept drooling on his looks, but dint give him any meat to perform!

Kapoor and Sons was a far more interesting choice from Fawad, and I was really kicked about all the projects that were touted to be made with him like Imroz biopic, maybe even a movie with DP and a cross border lovestory, he could have been in Raazi too..if only...hmm anyway..he should have gone back to dramas..Pak dramas still have much more appeal and still do make good content than Pak movies.

Maula Jutt ATM looks like a colossal failure for some reason, its very wannabe Gladiator-ish from whatever has released sofar.

I don't think he was waiting for coming back to Bollywood but he got super over expensive and started thinking he is too big for tv and pàk films were just recovering

And exactly he should not forget he got famous in India for Zindagi Gulzar Hai and then Khoobsurat happened .....

i do know they rejected many drama offers after Humsafar
