Unfortunately, the writer-editor team showed a very sexist/ek-tarafa pov, that too from ML pov, making it look like that whatever he is doing is justified ..

And very true: Had Farhad been Mir Hadi, the girl definitely must say 'no' and that was clearly shown in Khaani ..

Unfortunately most of showbiz industry is a very patriarchal industry where what man does is fine and woman does is wrong !!

Khair yahan to dono hi leads flawed characters hai, which viewers cannot accept - either they accept all black or all white, but not grey/in-between.. and W/E team didnt leave any stone unturned to mess up the show 😒

Agree with everything you said except the bolded part..mahi.led.him.on but how ? Did she tell him she loved him, did she do pyar ka natak which led him to believe there is love between them? Imo nothing for which his friends started calling Mahi their "bhabhi"🤢

dosti aur pyar mein farq hota hai , unless we r talking of 60 yrs bk when girls were not bold enuf to befriend a boy...that was the time when girls were called charactrless if they were seen with a boy..thy showed such an equation in kam 2 and kam1 also I think.. so it's acceptable.. theek hai..if a girl thinks her fathers izzat is ruined if she is seen with a boy it's ok , that's her values..but Mahi aisi nai thi..inspite of belonging to a pardanasheen family, wo khul ke ladke se baat bhi kar rahi thi and kaam.bhi nikala. That's what makes me believe that if she loved Farhad she would be rebellious .She wouldn't reject him under any pressure.

I know Mahi admitted that she led him on, n I said it earlier that this might be a cultural thing..how societies function in paki, I can know only through the dramas or the reaction of people . there were loads and loads of criticism against Farhad, and not Mahi...

Yes not only her love intensified her guilt but his suffering has magnified her guilt too, the fact that she says 'he was very broken and I sensed that' means that his suffering has jolted her more than her guilty, she probably is so guilty because neither could she end his suffering and his last meeting was with her, it is painful that she was the last person who saw his plight before he left.

With Taimoor's death, she will only feel like karma has tested her hard but Feedi's coming back and Multan's entire scenario will make her realize that his love and her connection to his pain is much more than any kind of guilt, it is love only.

But i agree her guilt is not nml at all i mean she just cant think all the time about farhad when her wedding is happening .khair dekho accept kab karti hai khud se ab dekhte hai kya rokta hai usse

If she loved Taimoor then she would not be guilty, neither she would be traumatized with Feedi's death and nor she would care that Feedi suffered, she does not love Taimoor and that is the saving grace here, because she will locate Feedi in multan and go to him by her own will 😳

Yes Mahi rani is all about Farhad at this point, it will intensify once she sees him alive, he rguilt will become relief but her state will become his suffering again.. They will meet soon

Mahi toh jab se farhad aaya hai tabse uske hi zone me hai love guilt annoyed desperation for what ever the reason .now she cant pull herself back from his zone

Yes. Her mom fainted.. why didn't they show Taimoor's mom insteed, it would've looked more relatable. But no. Hashim saab wants us to enjoy the break down of Mahi's family members as he thinks that it is all Mahi's fault.

Baddua was only necessary to connect Feedi with Mahi even after T's death or zinda lash state.. In a way it is good, Feedi will devote himself to Allah because he will repent and ask for Mahi's happiness only, otherwise he has no reason to sit in Mazaar and abandon his whole life for someone who does not love him back.

The concept is beautiful but well we all know how poor the editing is 🤔

Agreed .. the baddua was necessary to help him connect to Allah else it doesn't make sense for someone to stay there due to rejection

Her reaction was justified .. but not her behavior towArds him.. her guilt is magnified due to the baddua he has given her .. and the fact that he died .. she was shaken/afraid by the baddua.. but it only hit her when she heard of his death .. and after Taimoors death she will feel the pain of what she did ..
