I don’t like sakina, why did she show up on Maqsoods sahbs doorstep after falsely accusing him of murder? How could she assume Maqsoods wife will take her in? It means she’s cunning. She knows Maqsood is that kind of a person. She’s using him.

About the numbers, the bees saal and inshas age debate, I think insha might be Hajras daughter and not Maqsoods. Maqsood might have married hajra to help her.
Btw I love Saba Faisals characteršŸ˜†. How many times did she mention that she left the milaad for hajra. The way she brings the cost of everything. She’s just amazing.

Ameera really trying to shake Sakina up, I swear even I wanted to ask the same thing to her..that what do you really want woman? She almost was upset that Rafeeq Ali was willing to give her up..its almost like Stockholms syndrome..that she seems to want to be with her husband, even though he has tortured her and was indulging in domestic violence..Ughh! i get it that probably its more complicated than that..she is conditioned to think like this..but yes, Sakina has taken so many wrong decisions - is responsible for so much havoc in Maqsood sahab's life..I dont know..I would never be able to forgive someone who betrays me the way Sakina has betrayed Maqsood Sahab! Much less cross paths with that person 2 decades later.

There is something very realistic about how bluntly Ameera talks to her mother lol. So as Insha - I actually think there is very a strong parallel there..both daughters are witnessing what is going on with their mother and trying to make them see some sense..classic case of how two different generations think as well.

Rafeeq Ali is all garjna but no barasna lol. I somehow dont hate his character..dont know how to explain..he is so wierd and clearly a criminal offender..but I feel like there is more to him than that..I just cant point it out yet..maybe because he is so comical too. I mean he keeps saying he would kill Maqsood sahab/ Sakina..but he lowkey seems to be as much in love with Maqsood sahab as others lol. Like he becomes so mellow around him..lol

Shabz - same - I love Saba Faisal - haha she is a hoot..even the whole "mera cryshhtaal tod diya" hahaha! Hilarious.

Maqsood sahab is like a Shakespearean hero..what a beautifully complex character.

After long there is a show, every I like to rewatch a few scenes from the episodes..just because of masterfully it is presented, acted and directed. Like the scene where Hajra is reading out the excerpts from the diary in last episode - damn its so stunning.

I know right, I like Rafiq Ali too. And I agree with everything you said. Insha and Ameera are like the audience’s reaction to hajra and sakina. They say what we are thinking.

Ameera and Insha are showing mirrors to Sakina and Maqsood respectively.

Sakina has double standards. She said that she wants to stay with Rafiq but at same time she is not ready to meet him.

And Maqsood sb kya chatey hain yeh toh meri samaj sy hi bahir hai.

Saba F character is another amazing character in show. Solaa aney sach bolti hai yeh.

My thoughts exactly Maqsood sahb. Why the hell did sakina show up at his door step knowing he’s married. A little too late to be doubting your actions.

Loved the episode. Especially the last scene. It was beautiful. Maqsood sahb taking hajra with him, and the ost playing in the background was 100 times better than any romantic scene I have scene in a long time,
Slowly and gradually I am disliking Sakina more and more. Rafiq Ali come back and take your wife and loud mouth Ameera!

Sakina: I think I can understand her character. She is the victim of the struggle between 'what your heart wants' and 'what is the right thing to do according to society'. In her past, she listens to her heart and eloped with Maqsood Sb. but later listens to societal pressure and saves her brother. Then, after so many years she listens to her heart and comes back to Maqsood Sb. but the societal pressure regarding the stain of divorce is forcing her to not end her marriage that easily. She feels this pressure even while putting kajal in her eyes and while heart insists her to look pretty but the fear of 'log kya kahen ge' stops her from doing so. Also, Hajra is so unbelievably nice to her that the thought of becoming a home-wrecker is putting pressure on her conscience and stopping her to follow her heart. In an ideal world, where people do not poke their nose in others' matters, where no stigma is attached with being a divorcee, and where Maqsood Sb. is still unmarried, she would gladly divorce Rafiq Ali and marry Maqsood Sb.

That last scene haayeeee! so symbolic! Maqsood sahab, kucch toh baat hai aap main - he is a man of honouršŸ˜Ž Starting from Sakina trying to apply kajal to Hajra sitting in the front seat..even that scene where Maqsood sahab is confronting Sakina - floored man.

Hajra is never going out of Maqsood sahab's life. ā¤ļø Also I love the bond between Sakina and Hajra. Everything is so poetic about this show😳

Abdul Rehman seems to be a crook. Can I also just say - Faryal is so veryy beautiful - reminds me of Smita Patil.

Ameera is the spice of the show - I love her mad demeanour and her loudmouth🤣 Even if her fascination with Maqsood sahab can be discomforting, but the lady has absolutely no filter🤣

The latest episode was mind blowing. This is more than a drama, it is literature at its best.

Love the flawed characters and their complicated relationships with each other. The character sketch of all the roles in this drama is top notch.

But yes Sakina is a confused soul and I somewhat find it unrealistic that someone with her history and background would show up in all of the places at her ex lover's house knowing he was sent to jail because of her and is now married.

I find Insha and Abdul cute, would be disappointed if he turned out to be a crook. Also the ost they played in the last scene is truly melodious and fitting for this show.

This show deserves way more eyes on it, I love the performances, the writing, the background score!

I also feel like Iqra is doing better acting here than KAM3.
