Well. Currently I'm watching ARY's entire 8PM lineup. I'll watch this. I'm glad there is finally a show for weekends now too from ARY 😃.

Zahid ko 7pm slot kaise mil gaya. He always does prime time 8pm shows. Makes no sense. What was Ary thinking. That too it will air 3 days a week. Phir toh drama jaldi khatam ho jayega.

They are trying to compete with GEO in full force. They have nearly taken over 8PM slot right now in TRPs from GEO Mon-Fri. 7PM Mon-Thu is also ARY (Nand). So now Fariyad can help them take over with GRPs and TRPs in the Fri-Sun slot.

And honestly speaking, the surrounding cast is not 8PM at all so I was kinda surprised when I heard this was replacing Soteli Maamta. Adeel is 7PM/9PM, while Nawal is full 7PM soaps (Bezuban, Soteli Mamta, etc) and Aiza I don't know much about her. Maybe this show can get Nawal/Aiza and Adeel into main roles.

Minal Khan is a huge name who's doing Nand at 7PM. So I guess that gave ARY the idea to try this out in the same slot. It'll get reviewed if it's worth watching. Fitrat at 9PM also got praise from Amma TV Aur Main. Munafiq at 7PM was reviewed as well cause it had gotten popular. It's not always about the timeslot for YouTube. Bharosa Pyar Tera, Munafiq, Dil-e-Gumshuda, Mera Dil Mera Dushman, Malaal-e-Yaar are just a handful of 7PM/9PM shows which were loved by audience and were always in the top trending list. There have been 8PM shows that struggle/struggled to touch 1 million views like Bikhray Moti, Log Kya Kahenge, Inkaar, Deewar-e-Shab whilst the shows mentioned above had crossed 1 million and some episodes were getting over 3M+ views on YouTube. For me I've enjoyed many 9PM dramas such as Bharosa Pyar Tera, Malaal-e-Yaar, Meer Abru, Dil-e-Gumshuda, Khudparast, Dushman-e-Jaan and 7PM dramas like Piya Naam Ka Diya, Sanwari, Log Kya Kahenge. When it's on YouTube or even on TV it's not about slot necessarily, it's about story. If a crap show comes at 8PM on a Saturday night no one's gonna watch it; if something interesting airs at 7PM, people will take time out of their day to watch it.

times have changed now...8pm isnt primeslot anymore, instead they find slots where the show is most likely to fetch ratings

soteli maamta was hum tv though

Adeel deserves lead roles

i hope they will not drag this to 100 epis like they are doing with Nand but since its 3 days a week instead of a daily i guess its less likely to be a soap

@red . 🤣 Exactly. I was irritated when Geo started airing Umeed on weekends too, so they can claim topping 7 pm timeslot.😔 Now ARY can't air Nand this much coz maybe they are still shooting the new episodes.😊 I wonder what happened to Aulaad though.😕

So it will air three days. Wow it got some new slot. I hope story will be impressive to fetch the audience. Fitrat is doing good at 9 pm daily let's see fariyad will able to impress audience or not.
