It isn't the same . Hina's b'day is 24 Oct. This is many months before her marriage with Agha. So they were engaged many months ago but hid it. While Sarah's b'day is 14th July. It was attended by many ppl. So she wouldn't be able to hide it had it happened a year ago. So it happened only few days ago. But sure she was committed with Falak many months ago, so that there shaadi preperations was arranged ..this is how their shaadi happened the next day. She wasn't surrprised when he proposed her on her b'day. And it is shown in the video.
