Maybe yes, maybe no. coz they didn't change Lamhe's name, which was a name of an A Plus drama which released a little time before HUM tv's drama.

I think HUM made a mistake by releasing the teasers of Qismat realier. Now let's see which Qismat starts first. Last year too A Plus Lamhe started before HUM's.😃

what mistake? i think they were planning to replace meer abru with it but some issue must have come up so they started malal e yaar instead...or maybe they had to change the title due to copyright issues

But MEY promos came first, this is why it replaced MA. Now Qismat may replace Anaa. coz there's no story left in it. It has to end next week, or after another week.
