I watched last episode on repeat on Friday. It repeated around 5.00 in evening.

Well it's interesting. Mixed reviews so far. Some people love it a lot. Some really don't. But BM marketing team is hawkishly deleting negative comments from their social media. Also anyone who reports box office collection takes it down within hours. Box Office Detail is no longer reporting any collection of BM on its social media.

My guess is the movie has not done well on the box office - 1 crore opening weekend collection (according to the Pak cinema page I messaged) and even less according to a cinema owner statement on HIP website. These are really low figures considering Janaan did 1 crore on opening DAY ONLY in Pakistan.

But Balu Mahi team needs to stop doing comical and strangely idiotic things like deleting comments, making fake accounts on Twitter that seem like they are regular cine goers tweeting good things about the movie and ATV posting non stop about "full cinema houses". Also their IMDB rating has gone down to 8.7 which is less than Mann Mayal.

But Janaan was released on Eid. BM still have chances to get more audience if it gets some good promos and word of mouth.

I loved the promos of BM. it is full of entertainment. the leads are very beautiful .and dance well. I hope it works.

It has clicked well with a lot of people while some are really upset that they "wasted" their money. But one thing everyone says is that it is shot beautifully.

I hope the movie picks up . OB is a good actor and he can do so much for the Pakistani film industry , they need big superstars to bring in the crowd .
