since u want to learn how to take screen caps..

u can view this one...

its long procedure they showing there...

in simplified version..

open DeD episode using Windows Media Classic player...

then pause to the scene u want to take screenshot...

Go to File > Save Image > Save it..

Process Done...

Yess use to lovee but with wali himself in the pic i guess there's noo need for narration :/
