wat do i mean by Serials Banner Contest... as all of u must have seen in the archieves thread of any serial we have a banner but we want our members to participate in the contest if not then we'll either have thse same banners or i'll ask someone from the siggy gallery to make for us (as they already have loads of avis'siggys to make it would be unfair to request them wen PSF mems can themselves make banners)
if everyone agrees then i'll put up the contest rules etc
