Everyone is surprised to know that Palak wants to know the real culprit of Pranjal. Daksh is been ignored by the family. Dadi comes to Daksh and he feels touched. He knows one-day family will forgive him but not Palak. Apara doesn't like Palak going to Jagirdar's house. Just then Ishaan comes and tells Palak about Maa's illegal activities and she refuses to take Daksh's help. Maa calls Sushma to know about Daksh. When Sushma tells Maa that Palak is trying to find the murderer of Pranjal the same time Shubhchintak talks to Maa and she gets distracted and cannot hear. He informs Maa that the cops are going to their place and she asks him to collect the papers lying there. And Ishaan's man hears all their conversation. Daksh comes to Palak and Ishaan to know who wanted to kill them. Palak and Daksh ends up finding, just then Ishaan gets a call from that Khabri and informs then about their new hide out plane and they rush there. Maa goes to meet Sushma to know what's happening and she even asks Keshvi about the flowers she sent her. Palak, Daksh and Ishaan reaches the hide out place and Palak is shocked to see Aasha's pic with CK. Maa is worried about Shubhchintak reaching on time to collect the papers. Palak shows the pic to Daksh and Ishaan and couldn't figure out what the connection between Maa and Aasha. But find all the letters written by both of them. They see Shubhchintak coming and Daksh and Shubhchintak and Ishaan have a fight and Ishaan gets unconscious. Shubhchintak takes Palak on a gunpoint and asks Daksh to drop the gun.

Palak somehow manages to leave. Ishaan hits Shubhchintak from back and arrest him. Shubhchintak forgets his phone, which was blinking constantly. Aarti's baby is not well and Sushma is sad. Dev tries buttering her. Keshvi is sure she will do something with Maa's help and throw everybody out. Maa calls at the police station to find about Ishaan but he just enters and picks up the phone, finds it's a black call he acts saying he is here since one hour. Maa is worried about Shubhchintak. They want to know about Aasha but decides not to ask CK about it. Ishaan decides to get confess from Shubh. Palak leaves her scarf for Daksh as his hand was bleeding while saving her life. Aarti calls and informs him about baby and he leaves. Ishaan uses third degree but Shubh doesn't utter a word. Palak goes to that hide out place and finds Shubh's cell. Daksh takes the baby to the doc and the way he takes care of the baby everyone is surprised to see this. He tells Dadi about what happen. And Dadi suggests Sushma to allow Daksh to stay her for the baby. Maa asks a man to harm Shubh and she decides to go to Jagirdar's house as there nobody will even touch her. Palak gives the cell to Ishaan. Just then a constable arrest a goon and puts him in the same cell of Shubh. They both discuss about everything about Maa and we show that its captured by a hidden camera. It was Daksh idea to get a goon and get the evidence of Maa's true color. Daksh comes back and is happy to know that they have got the evidence. Aarti calls Ishaan and tells then about Maa at home. Maa comes to know about Shubh confessing everything and decides to leave but Aarti keeps her busy deliberately. Maa suggests a name "Devashish" for the baby. As she is about to leave Ishaan, Daksh and Palak comes there and arrest Maa

The family is aghast on maa's arrest and Ishaan goes on with his evidences and the family is just not ready to believe as they have blind faith in maa and they take it as Ishaan has mistaken maa and has received some wrong information. Daksh is quiet as he knows he has knows his family will not take his word. Seing the family's reaction Palak comes forward and seconds Ishaan and maa turns the table on her by accusing her of being hand in glove with Daksh in Pranjal's accident. Palak is enraged and slaps maa and says that I knew you would say something crassly and hence we have shubhchintak's confession recorded which is good enough proof against you. As the confession is played on...Maa laughs viciously and admits boldly that she was behind the destruction of jagirdaar family because her sister was madly in love with CK and he did not pay heed to her and ultimately she committed suicide and she wanted to avenge her death. Outside the press is eagerly awaiting maa to come out and hear her side of story. The cops take her away and she folds her hands with extremely pious expressions and says that soon the truth will be out and they will realize their mistake. One by one the family starts forgiving Daksh and Dada asks him to ask forgiveness from palak who in tirn doesn't want to forgive him as he wronged her the most. Jhanvi si sobbing and dev is trying to explain her that daksh is wrong and the family shouldn't have forgiven him. Pranjal is alone in his room when family comes and he lights a diya infront of Pranjal's picture and apologizes for his misdeeds and swapping roles to be with palak. on the other hand Palak also lights a diya in front of pranjal's picture and says that she has always loved him and will only love him and willnever ever forgive daksh for what he has done.

Palak is sad and dejected in life when apara and nani console her and let her cry her heart out for Pranjal and ask her what her decision is. Keshvi on the other hand is trying her best to come close to Daksh who in turn shoos her away. Sushma talks to Ck saying that it is so strange that maa actually turned to be a foe of the family and says that she only can bank upon ck now as she trusts him completely. Keshvi then taunts Aarti for staying in this house and warns her that if she tries to get close to Daksh on the pretext of the baby then she will make sure that Aarti and the baby is out. Sushma and dadi go to Daksh's room and sees him depressed. They are pleased to know that Daksh wants to do a puja for Pranjal and Sushma says that she will call palak and calls and speaks to apara about the same who says that they will surely come but are not sure about palak. Sushma says that's he is sure that Palak will come coz it is pranjal's puja. Ishaan goes to the lock up and taunts Maa for her deeds and proudly tells her that he will see to it that she never gets out from there. As he leaves a constable comes and gives the cell phone and she inquires about the work being done or not. Apara and nani asks Palak to come along for the puja and she flatly refuses them and they leave. At jagirdaar's the puja preparations are on. Daksh is restless as he is going towards the door eagerly awaiting palak. the family is appreciating the change in Daksh. Dev isn't happy and Keshvi is upset coz she feels with all these changes Palak will definitely melt. Everyone is praying hard for palak to turn up for the puja. Finally palak turns up and greets everybody and ignores Daksh. After the puja as they are leaving family asks palak to stay back and forgive daksh when she turns around and says that she can never forgive daksh as he is a selfish man and hence she has decided to divorce him. family is shocked

January 24, 2006.

Everybody is shocked to hear palak's decision and Sushma, dadi, ck, dada all are asking her to reconsider her decision as these decisions can't be taken hastily. Keshvi and Dev are happy and Aarti hears keshvi's murmur that she will see to it that palak never returns and Aarti rebukes her. Palak leaves Daksh runs behind to stop but the door is slammed on his face. Ishaan sees this and is furious on the constable who allows him inside and notices an envelope. But as he is about to reach the envelope he receives a call from the commissioner to see him immediately. Aarti consoles who is feeling absolutely dejected ion life. Dada gives him hope and Daksh feels sad that all his family meme\bers wish good for him and he was the one who actually betrayed their trust for his vested interests. On theother hand apara and nani are reconfirming with palak on her decision and aasking her to rethink and she suddenly feels nobody is trying to comprehend her situation and asks her mom directly as to why didn't she remarry and kept waiting for her father. Maa receives the parcel and sees palak's family picture and asks her disciple to track down all the possible details of the man in the picture. Daksh is trying to concentrate on work when Dev comes in and psyches him by saying that I am your Shubchintak and will always wish his best and that palak bhabhi will come never come back. Keshvi and bua are having sweets thinking that all happens for the best and that now palak is out of the picture and she should behave like an adarsh bahu so that the family hates palak and Aarti and she has a clear path to marry Daksh. Ishaan is not at the cop station and maa is getting irritated because of no AC in the lock up and is happy to see his disciple who gives her al the information on that particular man and also her chicken burger. Maa is happy that she finally got a point to nail palak's family. Ishaan and daksh have a chat on palak not relenting and Ishaan can only give him hope and the both discuss regarding maa trying to get released and daksh asks Ishaan to alert palak. Aarti on the other hand goes to convince palak on how daksh has changed and only thinks and loves palak and nobody else. Palak says that she cannot change her decision and at that very minute she receives the court summons for her father. Palak is shocked.

The story gets turn with the NOTICE for her father Aditya Desai. Palak gets shocked to see the notice for her father. Apara explain her about the crises that her father had gone through and how he disappeared from the scene, where as he is totally innocent. He was caught in the SCAM , in his company in London, and all the evidences are against him. If police won't find Aditya then Apara has to pay certain amount, which she obviously doesn't have. Dada , Dadi & Daksh feel concern for Palak when they hear about the NOTICE through Arti, & they decide to help Palak by all possible means. MAA makes a call to Palak only to make her realize that she can't mess with her and since she did now she is facing the consequences. Ishaan and Daksh somehow have a gut feeling that its Maa's doing and that she is out on bail. Daksh gets furious, to know more about this and go to Maa , where he gets beaten up by Maa's deciples. Naani thinks aloud that they have no choice but to go back to London to which Palak denies that she will try and track down her father and arrange for the monies. Palak runs from pillar to post to arrange for monies but all in vain. Tired ad distressed she reaches home only to find Daksh at her place trying to aide them financially which infuriates her completely and she tears off the cheque and throws it on his face.

January 26, 2006.

Palak is enraged with Daksh's actions and trying to prove as super hero hence she purposely demands him to locate her father if he was genuinely wanting to help them and not succumb to wrong and easy means of ways to resolve the issues. She also clears that all she wanted from him is divorce. Daksh is in a very depressed mood back home discussing with Aarti about Palak,s helpless condition and the stress she is going through. Aparna &Nani console Palak sayig that it is our destiny that we are in such a crises but Palak refuse to accept it as a destiny because things are not natural but created by somebody.Maa is very happy with the way things are happening & her succees in destroying Palak's self respect. Dada & Dadi finds some other way to help out Palak and save her property .Palak couldn't manage money ,and things ends up in bidding . Palak receives divorce papers while auction is going on, as a surprise she also sees Dada, Daadi & CK entering hall participating in auction. Palak wanted to stop but Dada stops her doing so & convince her that how much they care for her & they are doing all this only because of her , not because of Daksh. Everything goes well in bidding and CK takes full control over it but suddenly Maa appears and spoil all the favourability. Competition goes between Ck &Maa for highest bidding. Maa takes a big plunge with highest one. Suddenly Daksh appears disappointing Maa's intentions and says that there is no need for auction . everybody gets surprised to hear so. Daksh bring in Mr. Aditya Desai. All are shocked to see him specially MAA.

January 30 , 2006.

We defreeze the scene when Daksh saves the day by presenting Aditya Desai in front of everyone. cMaa leaves from the auction humiliated and Palak confront her and stamps her forehead with stamp, which reads "not for sale". Palak's dad promises her while leaving that he will be back son and that they will be a family once again. Everyone is praising Daksh for his achievement but he feels that he nothing can wash away his sins. Palak just thanks him and leaves from there. At the Jagirdaar house Aarti tells Keshavi and Jhaanvi that Daksh saved the day by getting back Palak's dad at the auction. Maa is livid with the way things have turned out and she is exasperated as she is not able to rub the mark off her face. She swears to take revenge with Palak. Daksh's love compels him to pray for Palak's happiness and for her wishes to come true and Palak is praying for Pranjal. The next day Keshavi opens the door and accepts a courier from the courier boy. She inquisitively opens it, rejoices and then hands the papers to Daksh only for him to discover that they are the divorce papers.

January 31 , 2006 zeeusa

Everybody is shocked to see the divorce papers against their expectations , Dada tries to resolve the mix-ups but Daksh stops him because he feels that he is getting paid back for his guilties.Daksh finds out that last pages of the documents are not signed by Palak .Dada visits Apara and naani regarding the divorce issue. In the office Dev is showing his frustration on his senior employees.Ishaan stops Daksh to proceed with the divorce papers but Dada who just returned from the Palak's, put forward the new idea of adoption plot to overcome the divorce issue. Aarti plays the plot for adoption twist ,and create an ambush for the same cause , but at the same time Keshavi is also finding the way to break the ambush to fail their desire. Daksh goes to Palak with divorce papers and Palak tries to sign the papers with vain efforts.Keshavi's efforts goes in vain when Palak controls the situation of early entry of adoption teams to monitor the adopting couples. She declares herself as still married to Daksh.

February 3, 2006. - zeetvusa

The scene defreezes with the adoption sequence. Adoption team is very happy with adopting couples. To add a joy to the things Dada declares a trip to their farm house and he also invite the agency people to accompany them to carry on with their monitoring duties.Palak clears that whatever she is doing is only for the child. Daksh receives the phone call from Apara . She informs that Palak has not signed the last pages of divorce papers. Aasha denounce maa for being failed to destroy CK family and Palak . whenboth of them are engaged in heating argument Keshavi delivers the news of their outing & Maa gets another chance to play her game.Palak and Apara goes to meet Aditya in jail. Daksh informs them about the bail . Aditya shocked hear about divorce. Everybody leaves to farm house except Dev, he put forward some bahana. All enjoy the night at farmhouse. During this Palak goes through a self talk with her soul to identify her true feelings towards present condition and she comes to the conclution that she really loves Debashis and also DAKSH.Back at Palak's house someone plays the foul play . Aladies hand signs on palak's divorce papers-PALAK JAGIRAAR.
