I think that nobody is born that way!!.. Its just the enviornment/surroundings, upbringing, company and life-style, contribute a great deal!!! Then there are always exceptions to this rule...which we can never explain!!! So, I guess it is to some extent "bad programming"

I believe is providing children with positive guidence ..because that will definitely make them out to be better individuals. Children's minds are like a sponge and absorb things quickly, might as well be good things.. even while planting a young tree or plant, we try to keep them straight to prevent them from being crooked or bent...same way with children...It becomes pretty difficult to change and adult mind completely!! They may snap like a dried twig!!! I always bet my buck on a better tomorrow...which is in the hands of today's child!!!!😊
