Kavi, your mention of 'seem paal' brings back memory when I was a kid and my grandmother was alive. You see she had a number of cows and whenever a calf is born she will bring this seem pal for all of us and we loved it so much. It has beem many year but I can still feel the taste. I would certainly appreciate you giving us that recipe!

Caryn - amboi recipi tofu sumbat pun ada.(There's stuffed tofu recipe too) I too make it here mostly during summer. I have also taught some of my american friends this recipe and they like it too. Thanks

Kavitha - The stuffed Tofu sounds great. The veges go in as raw stuffing, correct?
Thanks for the paneer, Meal maker and Tofu recipes. Now, Brinny can start making the paneer dish too..

Pat - I usually make my Pasta dishes with the help of Knorr Pasta Sauce mix. They come out pretty tasty. But I've never ever tried making my own Pasta sauce mix. Will try to make pesto sauce with your recipe, when I get all the fresh ingredients.
The lemon grass you mentioned earlier, does that come in dried form or fresh in the Asian super market?

Jenim, the lemon grass comes fresh, a bunch - about 4-5 stalks is around $2.00. It also comes frozen in a container.
