The Next Musical Game !! As the title says... Now it's for and about A.R. Rahman...
ARR is my generation's virtuoso... I've traveled in life with his music so far and will forever.. 😉
I am a die-hard fan, a fanatic enthusiast... whatever you say... How many of you are?? 😛
(I hold six out of eleven playlists of ARR on my iPhone... And each of my playlists hold around 50-55 songs... I have a HUGE collection of his works... Whimsical Music always :) 😉
Fact - ARR is well-known all over the world... (My experience!) 😃
Several experiences actually... But I will share the recent one...
Okay so I was at Starbucks ordering a Caramel Macchiato, when a random person came towards me... I was like "Hey!"... She said... "Oh I love your boots Honey..." Me "Thanks!" Her... "You are from India right? I remember a few years ago that one of the Indian Composers won the Oscar and Grammy awards... Did you watch that show?" Me.. "Yeah I did... It's amazing that you remember.." Her..." A.R. Rahman... Is that how you say it?" I started giggling... "Close... You don't say 'man' you say 'maan' at the end.." Her.. "Oh Rahmaan... Okay... Well it's is a chilly night... Stay warm... See ya sweetheart.." Me... "Bye!"
I felt extremely proud... A person came to me just to say this... Heights of Pride...Seriously, A connoisseur of music from my country... It will always be a memorable moment to cherish! 😉
Now to the game... Rules are simple... The first player states a song of ARR... Then the players continue stating more compositions of his... Can be any language... But has to be composed by ARR... This game can easily reach several pages regarding his number of compositions... I expect a lot of you to participate in here!
Also guys... Please do share your favorites and feel free to discuss about particular songs and memories of them... It increases Activity and it is fun...
NOTE : No consecutive posts by the same person... And try not to repeat the same songs again... There are way too many to repeat... And there are way too many to keep count... So if repeats happen, its alright... Just continue :)
Another thing... Share the movie name if you know for people who are not sure...
