Jeyanti:Raji..As Per your question..When the Payment is struck with for ex as you said 1000 EUR currency and it has been returned back..First and formost thing is we need to contact and communicate the Technical Team who is the Functional testers of our team..Karthik Team..Once they restart the server that is Karthik has programatically created scripts for this and they have application to restart it..Once they have done it..We need to again Create another payment with 1000EUR dollars and check whether payment is credited at the receiver end which can be seen in the Server machine by giving appropriate commands like Exec and if at all it is still returning , we need to contact our Client Project Management team to put some high amount using tools like Ibase which is a Payment engine..Once they have done and we got confirmation.. Payment wont be returned..We can download the log files as evidence for this in Root Server with the names as today's timestamp.log files and we can send to the requested team..
