Thank you for the update Kala. Nice to see the problem resolved between Karthik and Raji, they worked things out and it looks like things are clear now. The ending was sweet with Raji's clear statement about her feelings to Karthik.

Kala ma'am, great update! You brought together KR very easily, I guess thats the power of love, which you've cleverly brought out. Finally Karthik made R confess her love for him that too on his birthday itself, it was very beautiful indeed. I felt, for whatever reasons, K bringing in a comparison between Sumi and Raji could have been avoided. I always feel that ideal lead characters do not utter such unacceptable things, but perhaps I fail to consider that they are also human beings after all too so they can also go wrong at times.

Finally she gave his birthday present ..but for that what are all the hurdles he had to pass through to hear those words..the thought itself made his body to shiver..he tightened his hug on his precious possession..pressing his cheek on her head..

Eventually they broke the hug..he looked at her face..it was glowing like a moon..her eyes were still closed. he drank her ethereal beauty for a while..when his eyes fell on her luscious lips ..he was very much tempted to kiss those petals senselessly. as if spell bounded He bent down to make his imagination into a reality..but jumped back with a sudden buzzing of his mobile ...

He looked at the caller ID..and hits his forehead regretfully..

"Oh god..how could I forget Vishnu..?"

"Hello Vishnu...Raji kedaichita daa..she is safe.ippo yen kooda dhaan irukaa..nee veetukku po...yeah..we too leaving now...nee lakshmi ku inform pannidu.."

"Ok daa bye.."after he cuts the call turned towards Raji..

"Raji vaa polaam.." he steered her towards his car..Raji was still little hesitant...

After they settled in he drove the car silently for while..after about 45mintues drive.he halted the car in front of the huge gate..and he opened it with a remote in his hand.. raji's eyes widened with astonishment...the car zoomed in..he stoped the car after driving for few minutes...Raji watched the surrounding .. the place was dark.. so she couldn't see anything properly...all she could see was the tall frames of the trees gaurding the deserted path on both the side..

Her eyes looked at him with puzzle..furrowed her brows...

He unlocked the seat belt and climbed down from the car..walked around to the other side and opened the door for her to get down like a real gentleman..

Raji came out reluctantly as she doesn't know what he was up to..

He extended his hand to her ,she placed her hand in his slowly..he engulfed it by closing his hand firmly around..they walked along the path silently..

Now Raji could see the place little more clearly..it was a long alley around the fenced lake..the atmosphere was calm and dark...she could feel the cool breeze and a mild crashing sound of the waves..but she wondered how could he get access to this place at this late hours..normally lakes and other water resources should come under PWD department and they won't allow any visitors to enter at this mid night..despite of many questions popped up in her mind..she enjoyed the moment spent being so close to him..it was her dream actually, going for a long walk on a lonely path with the cool breeze hitting hard having her to tremble ..being him by her side holding his hand..

They walked quietly for some time and his legs halted near a park bench..he made her to sit on the bench beside him..as if they could watch the vast view of the lake piercing the darkness..some sodium vapour lamps pouring dim light here and there..

"This is my favorite place.." he said softly staring at the lake side nowhere in particular..

Raji turned to his side and had seen his eyes gleaming like stars..

"U know... this lake is our own property...dad bought this small lake and the form house besides it for our holiday stay when I was fifteen..since the time first I visited this place..it has become my favorite..u know something..it was my dream ..to bring my GF here even at the age forbidden for thinking those stuffs ..."he chuckled a little...

"Now my 10 years of dream has come true..finally i am here with my soul mate..."he turned to her and look into her eyes..the feel was so mesmerizing to both of them..and their gaze fused together for a long eye lock..

Raji slowly tore her gaze from him and looked at the sky filled with stars..

She leaned on his shoulder slowly...

"Raji..u like this place..?"

"Very much.." she whispered...

"unna inga kootitu varanum nu naan oorukku varumbodhe plan panniten... velichathula paarthaa innum azhagaa irukkum.."

"ippavum azhaga dhaan irukku ..."she said snuggling close to him due to the sudden gust of cold air..

They went quiet for sometime...lost in the silence of the nature...she looked at the twinkling stars... trying their level best to illuminate the earth in the absence of their moon master...

"Karthik...vaanathula yevlo stars irundhaalum nila illama verumaiyaa irukara maadhiri illai?"she asked lost in her thought..

"Nila vaanathula illai..inga yen pakakthula irukku.."

It took few seconds for her to contemplate his words..and she whacked his arm at the same time her cheeks turned pink with a blush evoked with the realization of his hint...

"Naanum andha vaanam maadhiri dhaan indha nila illaama naan onnume illai.."

The seriousness of his tone had made her turn to his side in surprise..

"Karthik..?"

"Yes Raji..nee yen kooda irundhaa yendha pirachanaiyayum yennala easy ah face pannida mudiyum..annaa nee yennai vittu ponaa..yennala yennaiye kooda samaalikka mudiyaadhu.. inikku idhai nalla naan therinjikiten...sometimes I wonder how dependent I have become...but that is the truth.. I am nothing without you.. Raji..will u promise me something..?nee yennai vittu pogaama ..yeppavum yen koodave irupiyaa?"he looked at her with longing eyes..

His confession let her dumbstruck.. "how much he loves me ..."what more she can ask for than his unconditional love..

Seeing his yearning face she could feel how much pain he must have been undergone because of her irresponsible act..she hugged him at once and said..

"I will never ever leave u..not even in my dreams..i promise.."

His stiffened muscles relaxed with her affirmation..

Karthik slowly parted away from her and stood up..and made her to stand in front of him..

He delved in his packet and took out a small box...Raji looked at that in surprised eyes..

He opened the box and showed it to her..her eyes stretched to its maximum and pupils were popping out seeing a small shiny thing in it..

"Karthik..idhu...yeppadi...omg...nee vaangitiyaa?"her lips curved to form an "O" in astonishment..

It was the same ring Raji liked and had worn in the jewellery shop.

"unakku pidichirukkunu therinja pinnaadi naan yeppadi adhai vaangama irupen.."he said looking at her lovingly..

For each and every second he was showering so much of love that swept her off the feet..her heart swelled with pride..pride of having this incredible man as hers..

Before she would came out of her overflowing happiness..he knelt down before her..holding the ring in one hand..

"I am Karthik...team leader in netech solutions..as u can see a handsome guy..has fallen head over heels for this gorgeous young lady standing in front of me..

She looked at him in awe forgetting to even blink..

And he continued with a naughty smirk..

Despite her clumsiness and stupidity..i love to bear her torture for my life time..Whatever the mess she would create in future I am willing to fall in those traps happily..i will be blessed if I cursed to bear her tantrums for eternity..i love her from the bottom of my heart...will I have her hand to struck in an irredeemable maze called marriage.."

She tapped his head with pouting face..

He smiled at seeing her cute grumpy face...

She tried to move away but stopped by his call..

He slowly rose up keeping her gaze captive with his came closer to her..looking into her dark pool of eyes..he continued..she looked at him as if she was hypnotized ...

"This is our engagement ring..."he said with intent look. and embraced her softly..she leaned her head near his heart hearing the rhythmic sound...

"You can't imagine how happy I am..i am feeling complete now.."

She hits his chest with her fist..in fake anger..he laughed out loud..

"yenakku badhil sollu karthik.."she was pestering..

"Pazhamozhi sonnaa anubavikanum..aaraaya koodaadhu.."he said with slight annoyance because of her distrust on him...

With a frustrated gasp..he said.

"Over aa pesura indha vaaya adaikara vazhi yenakku theriyum.."he said with naughty smirk..

Her eyes widened with shock..

He grinned ear to ear and his look turned intense..he slowly bend down to her..her eyes shut automatically..with an expectation of forthcoming lip lock..

To her surprise he didn't kissed her lips instead he placed a butterfly kisses all over her face..forehead,temple,cheeks ,nose..chin..before reaching her lips he stopped for a while and looked at her face..it glowed like a full moon..her lips quivered with anticipation..his lips curved into a lopsided smirk and with a naughty glint he kissed at the corner of her lips..and then with his tip of the tongue he traced along the boundary of her lips...

She knew he was teasing her senses..not able to bear his torture anymore..she grabbed his collar with a tug and tip towed to slam her lips with his..

At first he got surprise by her bold move but later he stayed quiet and give in to her demand letting her to unleash her desires..giving her full freedom to fulfill her hidden dreams..simply holding her waist close to him for support...he enjoyed her soft delicate lips coaxing his rough and hard ones...

She chewed his lips..and kissed it fervently..fully immersed in her passion..not even realising what she was doing..relishing each and every micro seconds completely lost in the whirlpool of burning sensation..

He was smitten by the soft and innocent kiss of hers, this was the first time she was taking initiative in their passion..otherwise it was only him who would make a move first in their intimacy.. his heart jumped over the moon in exhilaration..

He slammed her back on nearby tree trunk aa a reflex cupping her head safely with one hand as if it won't hit the trunk hard not braking the kiss..he towered over her and deepened the kiss devouring every bit of her mouth...she struggled to match his wild passion..he squeezed her waist wanting more of her..

When he felt she was running out of oxygen she left her for a moment ..she swallowed much needed air into her lungs.. both were breathing heavily..he touched his forehead to hers..the moment was pure bliss for them. he gazed at her face...her unruly hair. fully flushed face ..her pinkish lips turned to red indicating their intense passion...he was urged to kiss those lush lips breathless again...

"Damn...u r driving me crazy.."

She looked at him with dark eyes filled with passion..

"Don't look at me like this..i am holding back myself with great difficulty..if I start then there will be no looking back... then don't blame me for the consequences.." he warned her with an intimidating look.

"Who asked u to hold back..?"she asked dauntlessly with a teasing smirk..

He gapped at her with hungry eyes ..and her smirk froze in her lips seeing his eyes darken with ardent need..before she could react He assaulted that smirking lips to yet another long passionate kiss..

The twinkling stars stared at their passion forgetting even to blink shining brightly as ever...it looked like..angels from the skies showering their love and blessings on these cute couple...the passion and love remain in their life forever as KR meant to be forever..
