Monday Morning @ workplace ...

No news about Raji who gone to her hometown after the phonecall. Haven't turned up yet. Phone switched off..

Karthi is much worried and angry on her for not informing anything. Lakshmi is also much annoyed on Raji's behavior.

Laksh comes to KV place to check if Raji had called Karthik. He is kadukadu and remains silent.

Vish : avane kaduppula irukkan Lakshmi. Ungalukku phone pannangala Raji..

Laksh : enakku pannirundhaa.. naan yen unga kitta ketka poren...

(Suddenly she remembers something)

Laksh : hey... I got to go.. indha Raji prechanaiyila.. session irukkuradhaye marandhutten.. na varen..

(leaves hurriedly without saying anything as it is already late)

Venue : Balcony near reception area.

Karthik standing in balcony looking down with his phone expecting a call or message from Raji.

He gets a different feel that his life/love is somewhere near.

He turns to move from there and hits a person who just stepped out from the lift.

Immediately both says sorry without looking. When their eyes meet, both are dumbstruck.

Yes.. It is Jaya, his first love. They stood still for a few seconds and come back to real.

Jaya : eppadi irukka karthi ?

Karthi : hmmm.. nee ?

Jaya : hmmm..

Receptionist : (calls her) Mam, neenga dhaana Angel... neraa poi right la thirumbuna oru conference hall varun.. anga ponga..

Jaya : thanks.. naan varen karthi.. (leaves)

When Karthi walks, he found a mobile phone on the floor and picks it up.

He notices his photo with jaya on the screen and goes into thinking mode.

Scene shifts to KV workplace : (only Karthi present at his seat)

Lakshmi returns in sometime.

Laksh : innaikku.. new joinees induction program irukkuradhaiye naan marandhutten. Nalla vela admin ellam ready panni vachirundhaanga. Adhanaala manage pannitten..

Vishnu enters...

Laksh : hey Vishnu.. vaa tea kudikka polaam.. konjam refreshing ah irukkum..

Vish : naan eppadiyum vetti dhaan.. polaame... machaan karthi... nee ?

Karthi : illadaa.. naa varala.. neenga poittu vaanga..

Vish : Okay... bye machaan..

Karthik still in deep thinking... now in a more confused state. Both Raji and Jaya faces flashes...

He also thinks how Jaya used to be in college days.. bubbly and playful.. and how her looks has changed now.

Vishnu is back to his seat.

After sometime, he hears a ringtone from next seat... that is karthi's desk.

"Lesa Lesa.. nee illaamal vazhvadhu lesa"...

Vishnu (turns and asks) : ennadaa pudhu phone vaangirukkiyaa..

Karthi : (presses the silent button)

Vish : yenda silent la podura... (takes that mobile from his desk and sees Karthi-Jaya (KJ) picture on the screen.)

Vish : ennadaa machaan.. malarum ninaivugalaa... Jaya photo vachirukka..

Karthi : dei.. adhu onnum en phone illa..

Vish : pinna..

Karthi : adhu Jaya vodadhu...

Vish : ennadaa solra.. avan phone eppadi unkitta irukku...

Karthi : ippo ennada venum unakku... naane kaduppula irukken..

Vish : unmai theriyanum... idhu eppadi vandhadhu nu..

Karthi : (tells that he met Jaya in the morning and she missed the phone behind)

Vish : Jaya vandhirukkalaa.. sollave illa... aama edhukku da ava inga vandhaa..

Karthi : erichala kelappaadha... ava edhukku vandhaanu unakku theriyaadha..

Vish : oh.. new joinee ANGEL... ok ok..ippo dhaan nyabagam varudhu...

Angel vandhaale vandhaale oru poovodu ... sorry... oru phone odu... 😉

sari... phone ah ava kitta kudukka vendiyadhu dhaana...

Karthi : joining formalities laam eppa mudiyum nu theriyala... (maluppifies)

Vish : vudaadhadaa... ava kitta eppadi kudukuradhunu yosikira... ennakku theriyum da unna pathi..

Karthi : adhaan theriyudhula.. neeye koduthiru...

Vish : No chance... enakkum adhukkum sambandham illa pa...

Karthi : apparam edhukku da.. ivlo vaayaadura.. moodittu velaya paaruda..

Vish : adhu eppadi irukka mudiyum... enga andha phone ah kudu..

Karthi : neeye kuduthidureeya... ?

Vish : illadaa.. idhu vera matter.. (dials some number)

Karthi : ennada panra..

Vish : poru poru..

Karthi mobile rings..

Vish : dei inga paruda... un number ah MY LOVE' nu save pannirukka...

Karthi : (don't know how to react)

Vish : enga.. un phone ah kaami... (drags it from his hand and sees)

Vish : dei... UNKNOWN number nu varudhu... ava number ah delete pannitiyaa..

Karthi : irukkura prechana podhaadhunu... nee vera.. naane raji ya kaanom nu irukken.. indha nerathula iva enda vandhaa..

Vish : adha nee namma HR team kitta dhaan ketkanum..

Karthi : (confused look)

Vish : avanga dhaana indha date la report panna solli kooppitiruppaanga... ha ha ha... (shaking hands)

Karthi on kolaveri mode for Vishnu cracking jokes in this situation...

Vish : moraikkaadha da.. ellam avan seyal (shows his hands upwards)

Edhu nadandhadho.. adhu nandraagave nadandhadhu...

Ramya story is interesting. U reveal the past via story itself. I watched that serial till the epi were jaya gets engaged in front of Karthik on her birthday. I also have watched the scene where they split up exchanging the gifts they gave so far.. I loved that pair then, now im confused as to pick whose side 😕 .I remember a little about KJ but it would be interesting when i read along the story.. So still Jaya hasnt given up Karthik yet 😳. Vishnu as usual karthik verupethrathuku oru chance kidaichalum vidradhu illa 😆. Update soon Ramya romba interesting ah iruku. Enna aagum'nu suspense thaanga mudila 😃.

CHAPTER FOUR

Jaya was made to sit in Raji's place temporarily as she is on leave.

She is alone in the workstation as she had come earlier. Then Vishnu comes and surprised to see Jaya there. They both talk casually with Vishnu kalachifying her about her college days.

Karthik comes with his heads down, still upset on Raji's behavior. On seeing him, Vishnu stops the convo, shuts his mouth and pretends to do work. Karthik sits silently still staring at his mobile and switch on his system.

Again, he gets a feel that his love is very near to him and turns to see if Raji has returned. On seeing Jaya he don't know how to react. They both gives a formal smile, greets each other Hi', Good Morning'...

Vishnu really feels for his friend as how Karthik would feel now. At the same time he is pity on Jaya as well.

Vish : machaan.. konjam thallu da... excuse me madam.. naan ungala eppadi koopiduradhu... ?

Jaya naa illa Angel naa ?

Karthi : (turns to Vish and gives a look)

Vish : iru machaan... ava sollattum..

Jaya : gadget official la per maathiyaachu... pudhusaa paakkuravanga ANGEL nu dhaan koopiduvaanga.

But neenga ellaarum enna Jaya ne koopidunga..

Vish : Sari Jaya...Can I know the karanam behind this name change ? sollanum naa sollalaam..

Jaya : edho horoscope adhu idhu nu sonnaanga... enakku pidikkala..

Vish : yaaraavadhu Christian na marriage pannikkalaam nu idea vaa ?

Jaya gives a look...

Vish : Angel sooper ah irukke... devadhai' nu symbolic-a solra maadhiri...

Jaya : Ivlo varusham pazhakka patta pera maathunadhu pidikkala... thirumbavum change pannikkalaam nu yosikiren..

Vish : Idhenna vilayaattaa... seri.. adhu unnoda wish... by the way... thanks for the information...

Information is wealth...

Jaya : (laughs) nee innum appadiye dhaan irukka... maarave illai.

Vish : yen maaranum... ennoda policy BE HAPPY... MAKE OTHERS HAPPY'

Later in the afternoon, Lakshmi comes and check if Raji called.

Vish : avanga phone pannuvanganu innum neenga ellaam nambittu irukkeengala... adha phone switch off la irukke..

Laksh : oru vela ON panniruppaanu nenachen...

Vish : adhellam neraya dhadava try panniyaachu.

Laksh : ava yen ippadi panraane theriyala...

Jaya thinks who is that...

Vish : (catches mind voice) adhu yaarunu yosikiriyaa Jaya.. ?

Karthi (gives a look, as what would he say)

Vish : neenga ippa ukkaarndhu irukkeengale.. adhu avunga idam dhaan... enga team... 2 naalaa abscond aayittaanga.. adhaan valaveesi thedittu irukkom...

Jaya gets a call and moves away from the place talking...

Laksh : seri vidu.. lunch ku polaam..

Karthi : illa... enakku pasikkala... neenga poittu vaanga...

Laksh : hey... nee saappidaama irundhaa ava vandhuruvaala... vaa polaam...

All three leaves for Canteen..

Jaya finishes the call and comes to Canteen...

She orders and sits in a different table... Vishnu noticed her.

Vish : dei machaan.. Jaya anga thaniya ukkaarndhu irukkaa da... avala koopidattaa.. ?

Karthi : adha yenda enkitta kekkura... unakku venumnaa kooppidu..

Vish : illa chumma un karutha kekkalaamnu

Vish invites Jaya to join them...

All were silent, so Lakshmi thought of breaking the silence.

Laksh : apparam oru vishayam.. Angel... next week la irundhu ungalukku Bangalore la one month training irukku...

Vish : enna Lakshmi idhu... naanga serndhappa.. engala ellam ippadi anuppala...

Laksh : appo inga irundha project laya requirement irundhadhu... ippo Angel work panna poradhu pudhu project...

Vish : pudhu project na senior makkal yaaravadhu anuppuna dhaane better ah irukkum...

Laksh : romba arivaali Vishnu nee... naan enna Angel mattum povaanganaa sonnen... muzhusaa solla vitta dhaane..

Vish : seri.. sollunga...

Laksh : Angel loda serthu motham aaru peru poga poraanga... 3 freshers, 3 seniors...

Laksh : Angel... ungalukkum edhuvum prechana illalaa..

Vish : prechana naa... anuppaama iruppeengala...

Laksh : grrr..

Vish : illa la... apparam yen indha formal kelvi...

Laksh : nee konja neram vaaya vachuttu summa irukiyaa... neenga sollunga..

Jaya : onnum problem illa.. but training mudinja vudane... one month ku apparam inga dhaana work irukkum..

Laksh : aama... anga poi details collect pannittu... initial kick-off pannitta... inga vandhu continue pannikkalaam..

Vish : okay... All the best Jaya... enjoy...

Jaya : naan enna picnic ah poren...

Vish : illa dhaan.. aanaalum veru oor dhaane... varum bodhu enna vaangittu varanum nu naan yosikku unakku solren...

(throughout the convo, Karthik was silent and pretend to be eating... but not actually)
