COLLEGE GARDEN "kuch nhi ho sakta iska...kabhi kuch nhi ho sakta koi itna late kaise ho sakta h vo bhi apni bestie ke birthday ke din bhi...aane do usko aaj baat hi nhi karugi ghada kahika" I fumed walking to and fro in the garden and kept cursing kabir
I was yet marching in anger when I hit a strong muscular body and lost my balance I closed my eyes in reflex but somewhere I knew I won't fall...to be precise i knew he won't let me fall n as expected before I could fall I felt a hand gripping me through my waist and other supporting me through my shoulder I opened my eyes and a fond smile appeared on my lips which was soon replaced by a frown I stood straight n glared at him while he smiled at me making a cute puppy face
"Argh...this cute face it always melts me but this time m not gonna forgive him" I told myself n crossed my arms across my chest
"Not this time kabir...yeh cute puppy faces kaam nhi aayege"
"sorry na nishu plz maaf karde"
"NAHI" I replied n turned to the other side
"ok toh tu nhi maanegi na" he said coming in front of me
"bilkul nhi" I turned again
"iske liye bhi nhi"he said and a box full of yummy chocolates appeared in front of my eyes chocolates my biggest weakness and his strongest weapon
I snatched the box from him and found a note within it which had "Sorry 😔" written on it I looked at him n found him holding his ears he looked so cute I couldn't control anymore and smiled at his cuteness
"jaa maaf kiya now let me eat my chocolates" I said showing fake attitude n heard him giggling
I started enjoying the yummy chocolates when I felt his intense gaze on me n I turned red I stole a glance at him n turned to the other side trying to hide my blush and the silly smile with my hairs bt failed miserably as he tucked my hairs behind my ears n I took a sharp breath as his hand brushed my skin
"nishu" he called me in his husky soft voice n I hmmed in response
"mujhe tujse kuch baat karni h"
"kya baat h"
"vo aaj shaam 6 bje beach pe milegi mujhe?"
"kyu?"
"waha aa jaana pata chal jayega" I nodded in a yes
Rest of the day went normally with same boring lectures bt without kabir 😔 he left after inviting me to the beach
It was evening by now n I was getting ready in my room I took a white dress n got changed soon I was done with my hairs n a light make up I then glanced at my phone for the umpteenth time since this morning bt was again greeted with disappointment "Mom-dad itne busy ho ki ek baar phone karne ka waqt bhi nhi mila" I stood in front of the mirror blinking away my tears n plastered a fake smile on my lips I then took my car keys n drove towards the beach
Kabir's pov
"Roses check"
"cake check"
"decoration check"
"kabir you can do it yes you can do it"I told myself trying to throw out the weird feeling of nervousness growing inside me
I took a deep breath and sat on the rock waiting for her to arrive today I am determined to confess my feelings to her
I was impatiently tapping my feet when I felt her presence I turned to the other side to find my angel standing there in a pretty white knee length dress perfectly fitting her curves with a cute surprised smile on her lips
Nisha's POV
I stepped down my car and walked to the beach what I saw there was mesmerizing I love this beach It's always beautiful but today it looks enchanting
The sky was covered with beautiful orange sun rays which reflected in the vast endless sea the sea waves crashed against the rocks while there stood four pillars on the ground covered with beautiful white n pink cloth the cold winds carried the sweet fragrance of those beautiful red roses and the dimly lit candles and the soft music made the ambiance more romantic
I was admiring the beauty of the place when I saw him turning towards me he had a small nervous smile which grew wider as his eyes landed on me I could feel my cheeks growing hot and red due to his intense gaze
He started taking slow steps towards me without breaking the beautiful eyelock. I felt my heartbeat increasing but as always the warmth in his eyes calmed me down soon he was standing in front of me with a nervous yet cute smile on his face he slowly forwarded his hand towards me n I placed mine in it he held it softly n took me to the center of the pillars where I found a cake with "happy birthday nishu" written on it I looked at him with tears in my eyes to which he embraced me in his arms
"Thank you kabir" I said in a low yet audible voice
"u don't need to be thankful nishu"
I broke the hug n blinking my tears I looked in the hazel brown pool that his eyes were. All I could see in them was love pure love
"kabir tu itna accha kyu h? Aaj mere special day pe jab mere mom dad ke pass mujhe ek phone karke wish karne ka waqt nhi h jab har koi apne business ma apne career ma busy h tab tune mere liye itna sab kuch kiya"
"nishu aaj special day h aaj rote nhi h aaj sirf khush hone ka din h now smile" he said trying to cheer me up n I passed him a small smile
After cutting the cake n feeding each other we both sat on the rocks gazing the shinning twinkling stars which filled the dark black sky.
"kabir tu mujse kuch kehna cahta h" I asked as I found him fidgeting with his fingers
"ha mera matlab nhi nhi ha"he fumbled
"kabir" I placed my hand on his and looked straight in his eyes
"nishu vo I wanted to say that...that I...I argh why is it so difficult" he muttered bt audible for me to hear
He took a deep breath n made me stand he once again took me at the center n sat on his knees
"nishu" he said softly closing his eyes n continued
"nishu I want to hold you when you fall
I want to adore you when you smile
I want to loose myself in these beautiful black orbs
I want to replace the silent hot tears with the most beautiful smile
I want to do everything for you
Nishu ma nhi jaanta pyaar kya hota h par agar kisi aur ki khushi ma hasna aur kisi aur ke dard ma rone ko pyaar kehte h toh ma tumse bahut pyaar karta hu nishu I...I...I..lo...I love you nishu I really do" saying so he slowly open his eyes
Kabir's POV
I did it I finally confessed my love to her bt why isn't she saying anything??? Why is she standing there with a blank face??? is she angry on me??? Is she hurt??? What have I done I will have to do something I stood up held her hand
"nishu m sorry agar tumhe bura laga toh ma aage s..." before I can speak anything else she threw herself on me n whispered "I love you too kabir I love you a lot" I circled my arms around her tiny waist n a smile made it's way to my lips
She broke the hug looked into my eyes
"kabir aaj mera birthday h toh ma tujse kuch bhi maang sakti hu na"
"ha nishu bol na tujhe kya chahiye"
She stood on her toes n leaned towards me closing her eyes she moved more closer to me n placed her lips on mine I was shocked will be an understatement but I responded with the same love she had it was a soft yet a passionate kiss my hand travelled all around her back while she clutched on my hair digging her nails after sometime we broke the kiss due to lack of oxygen
She rested her forehead on mine breathing heavily with that cutest smile of hers
"thank you for making my birthday special"
"I made my angel's day special"
