Nisha's POV
Aaj meri life ka sab se important din hai.. I am getting engaged again.. confused ? Wait I'll clear your confusion...
*Flashback *
I was waiting in the college premises for someone and was really angry.. as soon as I saw him coming towards me , I turned my face to the other side and started walking towards the garden area...
" Samajhta kya hai apne aap ko ? Jab dekho mujhe wait karvata hai.. Gadha .. Aaj chahe kuch bhi ho jaye main isski baton main nahi aaungi..."
I kept cursing him for making me wait for him... He kept calling me but I ignored him... I knew that he would be following me and will block my way and he did that.. I glared at him and he gave me a silly smile which annoyed me more...
"Hi ..." He said but I chose to ignore him...I just started at him and asked him to move but he didn't move an inch also... I was getting more and more irritated..
"Kabir.. kya hai haat yahan se.. mujhe baat nahi karni tujh se..."
I said frowning at him...
"Acha.. but tune mujh se baat ki "
"Maine kab baat ki ..?"
"Abhi abhi... jab tune kahaki tujhe mujhse baat nahi karni.. but yeh bolte waqt toh tune mujhse baat ki.. and dubara se ki jab tune pucha ki tune kab mujhse baat ki ..."
He winked at me making me gasp at his words...
" This is so not done Kabir, tu hamesha aisa hi karta hai"
I cribbed and sat on the ground crossing my legs and hands... He also threw his bag on the ground and sat next to me...
"Kya kiya maine ?"
He asked innocently but I knew that he is not innocent he is the biggest K in the world .. I just stared at him..
"Ok Baba, Sorry.. manta hun ki aaj main phir se late aaya.. but kya karun yaar subah subah neend hi nahi khulti..."
He said and lazily stretched his arms..
"Haan haan sab pata hai mujhe.. raat ko 2-3 baje tak chatting karega toh yehi hoga na"
"Haan par chatting tujhse hi karta hun na...par mujhe samajh nahi aata ki tu itni jaldi uthkaise jati hai ?"
He asked looking at me confused ...
"Kyunki mujhe acha lagta hai subah uth ke sooraj ki pehli kiran ko dekhna ..." I said with a smile playing on my lips..."
"Oh...par yeh sooraj aur kiran ko hai ?" He asked this stupid question making me facepalm..
"Kabir..." was all I could manage to say...
"Acha samajh gaya... " He gave me a silly smile
"Abh agar aapka hogaya ho toh hum project ka discussion start kare ?"
I asked him because I knew that he won't ask about the project...
"Kya hogaya ho toh ?" He asked with a wicked smile on his face making me shocked...
"Kabir tu kitna K hai... sudharja warna kisi din kisi ladki se joote padne hai tujhe.." I said warning him..
"Aise kaise padenge ... tujhe toh pata hai tere alva main kisi ladki se baat hi nahi karta and agar baat kar bhi li toh aisi baat thodi karunga..." He winked at me
"Tu kabhi nahi sudhrega ..." I shook my head at him..
"Kabhi nahi " He said and we both laughed ...
"Chal abh project ke baare main discuss kar lete hai.."
We were discussing about the project when suddenly Kabir got a call from his home after he cut the call he was really excited and hugged me in excitement..
"Nisha.. I am so so so happy..." He said while hugging me more tightly...
"Kabir vo mujhe bhi dikh raha hai par tu itna excited kyun hai?"
I broke the hug and asked him...
"Nisha... Dadu ne haan kar di..."
"Kis ke liye..?" I was getting confused now...
"Nisha Dadu ne humare rishte ke liye haan kar di..."
He said and hugged me again but I was too shocked to reciprocate the hug...When he felt that I am not responding to the hug he broke the hug and looked at me...
"Nisha .."
He shook me to bring me out of the shock..
"Huh..Kabir , Dadu.. haan kab kaise kyun ?"
I asked him totally confused yet happy...
"Nisha tujhe toh pata hi hai ki Maa ko hamesha se pata tha hum dono ek dusre ke liye kya feel karte hai.. toh aaj unhone ne mazak mazak main Dadu ke samne yeh baat rakh di and Dadu ne haan keh diya.. "
Hearing this I got so excited that I hugged him tightly ...
"Kabir I am so happy "
"Me too.. Nisha finally abh main khul ke tere saath flirt kar sakta hun..?"
I immediately broke the hug and asked...
"Excuse me... tu Dadu aur meri family ke samne mujhse flirt karega?"
"Haan... Haq hai mera..."
"Oh hello ... Dadu ne sirf haan kaha hai.. haq kahan se mil gaya tujhe ?"
"Rukh abhi batata hun.. "
He took his bag and removed a small box from it... He opened it and I gasped seeing what it contained...
"Kabir yeh ..." but before I could complete my sentence he spoke..
"Janta hun Maa ne kaha tha ki jis din Dadu haan keh denge yeh tujhe pehna dun... tab se roz leke ghumta hun.. aaj finally tujhe pehna dunga..."
And before I could speak anything he slipped the ring in my finger making me pleasantly surprised ...He removed another box and gave it to me... I opened it so find another ring in it.. he extended his hand for me to make him wear the ring...
I looked at the ring and then at him ...
"Kya.. pehna na ...?" He said impatiently
"Kabir.. ghar wale kya bolenge...?"
I asked scared of my family's reaction...
"Nisha un sab ko Maa sambhalegi.. I am sure abh tak unhone iss baare main sab se baat bhi kar li hogi.. tu bas ring pehna mera haath bohut dukh raha hai aise rakhe rakhe..."
I was still scared but I made him wear the ring and smiled at him.. anyone would see him and tell that he was the happiest guy today and he was indeed the happiest guy..
The class bell rang and we came out of our trance we went in the class room but I hardly paid attention to what was going on in the class.. my mind was lost somewhere else...
As soon as the class got over we left for my house.. I was scared the entire time while Kabir tried to console me.. as soon as we reached home I was so scared that I clutched Kabir's arm...
We went inside only to find my entire family in the courtyard with a very serious expression on their faces... this scared me more.. but the very next moment everyone shouted
"Congratulations "
It took me a few seconds to register what was happening and as soon as I realised that everyone has agreed to it I sighed in relief...
Dadu came to us and blessed us... and the others came to us and congratulated us...
"Abh toh full haq se flirt karunga tere saath " Kabir whispered in my ears making me blush ...
*Flashback Ends*
5 saal hogaye hai iss baat ko.. aur aaj 5 saal baad hum phir se sagai kar rahe hai...par iss baar puri family ke samne , pure riti-rivajon ke saath...
