I was also thinking about another scenario. Assuming Bunty or Sukku run away...

Ramesh realising how Dadaji must have felt when he ran away. Dadaji thinking now Ramesh would know why he got so angry...but when Bunty or Sukku come back...instead of showing anger, Ramesh would handle it in his own way, showing the difference?

That will show the difference between dadaji and ramy. Dadaji will then see what support can do to the children. How it can help them to overcome their failures. Ramy too will be able to understand dadaji better.
