I think FJ has been switched properly. Sumit would stop the delivery at the last moment saying he suspects FJ, and finds and becomes hero, while Kabir gets framed. GS is saved also from badnaami.

Yes of course. Kabir can't leave being married to Nisha if he wants to leave now. Ramesh would want LS but then all of this will be out in front of GF. What then? Will Dadaji let Kabir go easily? Will he not ask Kabir to give the relationship a chance? He'll ask Kabir if he hates Nisha or something, if not why not give it a real chance.
