That can happen after CM is revealed. Kabir can't open an academy with Ramesh knowing he wouldn't be there after 3 months. So till CM, Kabir would be working in GS. Once he gets admission, he would either plan to go (which he probably wouldn't) or would start the academy with Ramesh then.
