But anyway, fakeness is something I can't tolerate and it's better not to indulge with people like that.

But then again, I am gonna play the devil's advocate here for a moment. Since I had nothing to do yesterday, I visited the Perfect Pati forum after ages. And I got confused after reading some of my own comments. Because was pointing out both the positive and negative things about all aspects. So I think if any third party reads it, they'll say I am bipolar.

So I could get your friend too that she might have disliked it at one point and may be the current situation has attracted her. It's all good. We flip all the time.

But coming out of it, it's a show at the end of the day and why do you have to lie about your preference? I have openly bashed my friend for binge watching K-Drama and her for me watching I-Drama. It's fun, it's leg puling and that's where it should end.

Why do people need to lie about it?

Anyway, I replied it now because I might forget the points tomorrow morning. You must have had a hectic day. Take rest. We can discuss tomorrow!

Well yes, but even she disliked it to the extent it was worst. But then you can't call all wrong, just justified right? Like if it was just an aspect, I would have given benefit of doubt, but now saying oh it was awesome, like seriously?! Then don't make some wrong claims atleast, of not ever seeing show or visiting forums. Even I have flipped, but I had always mentioned there, it's cos of actors or entertainment, here she is justifying a totally copied story, which makes zero sense and is jumbled.

Well, my reaction regarding PP definitely wasn't due to my mood swings. That I am sure about. 😆

But I guess, since the show was about to go off air, so there was dramatic change in the behavior to tie the loose ends and it felt odd. 🤔 Besides, I have always hated unnecessary introduction of third angles, specially when they are justified from their angle. So that had been another reason.

Although I watched it for Sana, 50% time she had faltered but I loved Ayush Anand's acting there. Really wish he got a solid lead role somewhere because he is really good. 👏

Yes, that plays a major part. Besides Telly shows really mess up endings, like abrupt, forced happy, rushed. Nazar was an exception and they executed it well.

Even I hate third angles, D4 had such a forced one, and around the end I was so pissed with Niyati's character, I tell you. Utkarsh's was better and he acted quite well too.

Like most show fans justify, show was great but channel interfered and it messed, though I can understand this, damage control can be done! Like even endings can be written better. Also, at EOD, you are going to see the show, and if it doesn't make sense, it doesn't, whatever be the reasons.

TBH Perfect Pati falls under the category where you absolutely hate the storyline but still can watch it for the actors. I mean Ayush was simply awesome. And I had later watched the initial episodes as a forum member had suggested it; Ayush and Sayali had amazing chemistry. Not the typical, hot wala love but they complimented each other. Later when Sana and Mohit entered, they too complimented each other and it looked cute. As I had said earlier, somewhere along the line, I could find some justification that why did Kabeer (Played by Mohit) fall for Vidheeta. But still, it was no excuse for dumping Pari (Third angle).

The only thing I was happy about is that they showed a dignified exit of Pari, Vidheeta felt remorse for falling for an engaged guy and although their acting and chemistry was appreciated, none of the forum members were justifying the couple because all were supporting Pari. That was great!

D4 I can't say much as I have only watched a few episodes randomly. But I told you, fan's love for a celebrity - it's kind of hollow to me and I could never really understand Niyati's character in the first place. It was so confusing as if she had no clarity for her actions. I kind of liked her friend there. She was quite funny and had better presence of mind. 😆

Channel definitely interferes but still, the ultimate control is in your hand. Just because channel told you, you turned it into utter crap? As a creative person you can definitely come up with different scenarios and if it doesn't click then go off air. Chanel alone cannot be held responsible if you don't have the vision to progress your work.

YMMKD had a sudden two weeks' notice and Saba Mumtaz ended it with her plan intact. She couldn't complete it but at least hinted at the development that would take place in the future and ended it on a happy note.

Now if makers like Sandip Sickand goes on barking that channel didn't give time which is absolutely false and he was forced to degrade the quality - then you can definitely see the lack of creativity and denial there.
