Everyone were happy for Ansh and Pia(Ruby) . Kajal also gets involved in it as Ruby went to Kajal's room before the ceremony starts and hypnotised Kajal and now she is doing whatever Ruby says to her.
Panditji came and everything was decided. The mahurat was from 30 mins from now.
They had 30 mins to wait. So everyone decided to dance.
Music was playing and everyone was dancing. Ansh was standing beside Ruby and was totally pissed off by her. He was getting negative vibes from her.
He was about to leave ..just then he saw Pia coming down the stairs. He was mesmerized by her beauty. Her body was embellished with a beautiful green lehenga. She was wearing her mom's earrings. She looked at Ansh . Both exchanged friendly smiled. Pia was about to join the dance but she had a call to attend. So she went upstairs towards the poolside.
Meanwhile Ansh told Vedeshree that he forgot something upstairs. So he will go and comeback soon.
Vedeshee agreed and Ansh left the hall.
After sometime~
Ansh came down to the hall followed by Pia. Pia stood near the stairs holding a cloth like thing while Ansh went towards Vedeshree and stood near Ruby.
Vedeshree was beyond happy
"Let's start the rasam. Ansh first you will make Pia wear this chunri .Then you will apply mehendi on her hand.
Ansh nodded and took the mehendi cone in his hand.
He looked at Pia . If noticed carefully he was looking at her with some kind of possessive expressions. And here Pia's expressions said that she was very much disturbed and scared about something. Both Pia and Ansh were as if talking something through their eyes.
Though Ved was more interested in her Daivik bahu, her eyes also saw the innocent and purity Pia carried with her. She was fully impressed by that girl.
Vedeshree called Pia
"Are Ruby beta..waha kya khari ho. Aao yaha apni best friend ke paas!
Ruby smiled
"Ha Ruby..come here na..stay beside me."
Ruby in mind
" Whatever it is Pia, you are truly a pure soul. You deserve all the happiness. You are so lucky to have all good powers in you. And I ..I am being born with black powers. I have to follow my guru's orders. But one thing is sure that I will never ever hurt you intentionally" She smiled at Pia.
Pia was lost in some thoughts. Her trance broke when Kajal pulled her and make her stand near Ruby and Ansh.
Vedeshree asked Chaitali to bring the chunri. But there was no trace of any chunri on the thaal.
Everyone was shocked.
Vedeshree was more worried
"Hey Mata Rani! Woh chunri Ansh ki hone wali biwi ko pehnana jaroori hai. Varna roke ka rasam keise pura hoga!"
She was in the verge of crying.
Panditji remarked
"Do the rasam fast Vedeshree ji. Already 30 mins gone..ab sirf 15 mins hi bacha hai mauhrat ka!"
Chaitali remembered something
'Yaad aya bhabhi..woh thaal meine Ansh ko di thi niche rakhne ko"
Ansh started
"Woh..maa..woh chunri ..." He shuttered.
Vedeshree was going to say something but someone interrupted..
"Chunri mere paas hai aunty ji!"
Everybody turned towards the direction of the voice.
The voice belongs to none other than Pia.
Vedeshree was confused
"Ruby, chunri tumhare paas kya kar raha hai?"
Pia looked at Ansh for a second and then handed the chunri to Vedeshree.
"Woh yeh chunri meine mandir ke saamne dekhi thi..Ansh ne hi rakhi thi" She glared at Ansh.
Ved wholeheartedly thanked Pia.
Without wasting any time she handed over the chunri to Ansh.
Ansh faced towards Ruby and Pia's direction. He stepped forward holding the mehendi cone and chunri in his hand.
Vedeshree and everyone was excited as finally the first rasam will get over.
Ansh was facing both Pia and Ruby. He opened the chunri and put it on Ruby's head.
Everybody clapped! Pia looked on with relief and clapped slowly.
Vedeshree was relieved to the fullest.
Just then panditji remembered that he had to attend a pooja. So he left saying that now everything was fine as roka was done. He is not needed in mehendi ceremony as well. He will now directly come for shaadi tomorrow.
Now it was time for the mehendi. As at first, Ansh is needed to apply mehendi on Ruby's hand , he again stepped forward towards Pia and Ruby. His eyes were glaring at Pia.
Pia looked hell scared.
Vedeshree was praying to Devi Ma that this rasam would also go smoothly..that Ansh apply mehendi on Daivik without any obstacles.
At the very moment, Ansh did something unexpected! Everybody including Pia, Ruby and Vedeshree...all stood shell shocked!!
