Shweta Tiwari to compete in a dance show
Shweta Tiwari has been part of several reality shows. In 2010, she won the fourth season of Bigg Boss. Before that, she was also on Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao and, back in 2006, she and then-husband Raja Chaudhary had taken part in dance show Nach Baliye. Now, she's signed up for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (JDJ), where she will get to show her moves again.
A source says, "Shweta is all set to be part of the new season of JDJ. Back in 2009, she had hosted the show with Rohit Roy, and now four years later, she'll be back as a contestant. She's known for her dancing skills, and due to her long career in TV serials, she's a favourite with the audiences too." The actor has also judged two dance reality shows ' Aajaa Mahi Vay and Dance Sangram, a Bhojpuri reality series.
The source adds, "It was her personality that helped her win Bigg Boss, and if the previous seasons of JDJ are anything to go by, TV bahus have always been favourites with the audience. Shweta has also been a regular performer at award functions and stage shows." Currently, she's playing a mother on a daily show, Parvarrish ' Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi. While a source from the channel confirmed the news, Shweta was unavailable for comments.
