Sushant: Hi Navya.
And then she hugged him. She was surprised no doubt but tears started rolling from her eyes unknowingly.

Chapter - 19
'seriously I can never understand you girls. us din jab mein jar aha tha tab toh rone ki wajeh samajh ati hai per abh kya hua? ' Shushant chuckled.
' aise kuch nahi hai ..Ye toh khushi ke ansoon hai..' Navya replied with a smile while wiping her tears.
Anant stares at him from top to bottom smart, well dressed, confident in short he was good looking. As soon as Navya hugged him his face turned pale and thought 'how is this guy?' and what's his realtion with her and she never told me about him.
'Hey Navya!! Agar apna best friend se milney se fursat mil gaye ho toh idhar bhi dekh lo' Appy teased while suddenly popping out from behind Sushant.
Her jaws dropped on seeing her and she leaped forward and hugged her tightly.
'Hi Appy !! I missed you so much' she said while pulling her back from hug.
Ritz :'Kaise laga mera surprise?'
'Surprise? Mujhe toh yakeen hi nahi aa raha..' replied with big smile.
'Thank God Finally madam ke chere per smile toh aayi warna do din se muh latka ke ghum rahi thi..' Ritz said playfully and Navya just gave her angry glare.
'Oh!! really? Y? ' Sushant asked while knotting her eyebrows.
'It's nothing like that I was preoccupied with work that's it' Navya repliled defensively while lowering her gaze.
Suddenly Ritz gaze fall on Anant who was standing just few steps away from them and said.
Ritz:'Hi Anant !! tum Lonavala se wapis kabh aaye?'
He was lost in thoughts and looking at them dumdfounded. Then Ritz waved her fingers in front of his eyes.
'Anant!!Kaha khoye ho?'
'Umm..no here only..' Anant replied looking deep into Navya's eyes and Navya too looked in his eyes. She can see many emotions in his eyes shock, confusion ,pain, fear of losing something close to his heart and most precious thing love for which she was carving since she realized her feeling toward him but this time she didn't want to believe her heart bcoz she was scared of broke down again and instantly looked other way.
Anant: Hi Navya!!
Navya replied slowly' Hello'
And then looked towards Sushant who was already looking at him while narrowing his eyes and before he asked anything Ritz introduced them to each other.
Ritz:Anant ye ha Sushant Navya ka bachpan ka dost aur ye hai Appy hamari college friend.Aur yeh hai Anant Navya ka dost .. Navya inke office mein hi kaam karti hai.
Sushant is Navya's childhood friend and 8 years back they shifted to Canada as his father wanted to do business their but still their relation is not changed. Their fathers were best friends since childhood. Renu and Navya r just like their own daughters and that's why Navya's father sent her to Canada for studies. Even after her parents death they tried to never let her feel alone and after finishing studies she asked her to stay there but didn't agree and came back to Kanpur.
And Anant just smiled while shaking his hand to them.
'Yeh mere liye hai?' Sushant asked mischeivously while pointing towards bouquet in Anant's hand.
For a moment Anant looked at him amused manner thinking ' ajeeb insaan hai' then said while extending towards him' oh ya' and Sushant took immediately and Navya just shakes his head thinking that 'ye kabhi nahi sudhrega'
'Per yeh toh Navya ke fav flower hai na.. rite Navya?' he said while rolling his eyes .
'umm..toh ye shayd tumharey liye hai..hai na Anant?' he said while giving to her and Appy and Ritz just slapped their head in disbelief. Both looked at him in surprise and then towards each other. And lost in each other forgetting world around them and Ritz noticed that.
'Ahem ahem !!! Guys abh yahi khade raheny ka irada hai? I am feeling very hungry. Navya tujhe itna acha surprise diya hai ek party to banti hai na yaar' Ritz voice broke their reverie and they immediately looked other way.
'Tum chalo guys mujhe Navya se kuch zaroori baat karne hai' Sushant said looking towards her.
Anant didn't know what hit him after hearing his words and suddenly started feeling low in matter of a few seconds and looked at her in shock.
'Mein abhi Ranbir ko call karti hoon aur phir hum movie deknhey chalte hain' Ritz(excitedly) to Appy.
Appy :Gud idea!!
'Anant tum bhi hamare saath chal rahe ho na?' Ritz words bring him back from his thoughts.
Anant:Huh!! Nahi guys I am very tired.
Ritz and Appy smirk without letting him notice.
'Navya!!Shall we move now?' Sushant said while extending his hand towards the direction and Navya just nodded her head in yes.
'Bye Anant !! nice to meet you' Sushant said while shaking his hand
'same here' with faded smile.
Then she left giving a last look to Anant. Anant just stood there dumfounded looking at her till she disappears from sight.
Cafeteria
Navya: waise Sushant tum Canada se wapis kabh aaye?
Sushant: do din phele.. and Navya's jaw dropped after hearing this.
Navya : aur muhje se aaj mileny ki fursat mile hai.
Sushant: nahi Navya mein phele Kanpur gya tha kuch important kaam tha. Mumbai toh mein aaj hi aaya hoon.
Navya :Ohh! Ghar per sab kaise hai Uncle Aunty?
Sushant: sab theek hai.
In the mean time waiter came with order. After that there was a awkward silence but Navya can easily judge what's running in his mind through his facial expression but she don't want to make it obvious to him. Finally Sushant broke the silence.
'Yeh sab kya hai Navya?' Sushant asked while Navya was busy in having pizza.
'Pizza hai aur kya hai..kha kar dekho bahut tasty hai..' Navya replied enchantingly while pretending she didn't know what he is asking.
'Navya !!!plz stop joking . tum achi tere se jante ho mein kis bare mein baat kar raha hoon' Sushant said sternly.
Navya instantly put the pizza in plate and close her eyes then taking a deep sigh ' mein joh bhi faisla liya hai bahut soch samaj ke liye hai'
Sushant: lekin tum toh Anant se pyaar karti ho na? Toh is shaadi ke liye kaise haan kar sakti ho?(while looking into her eyes and he could sense pain anger and hurt in her eyes)
'Per it's only one sided vo mujhe se pyaar nahi karta .. mujhe sirf apni dost samjahta hai ya shayad ..' but he interrupted her.
'tumhey kaise pata hai ?Did he say that?' while knotting his eyebrows.
Navya replied in low tone 'Nahi..'
Sushant:Toh tumhey kaise pata ?
'Plz Sushant agar tumhey is bare mein baat karne hai toh mein ja rahe hoon' Navya replied and gets up to leave.
'Navya ruko tum be wajah overreact kar rahi ho'
Navya stopped instantly and turned towards him ' mein overreact kar rahi hoon' (loudly) and stopped in between when she noticed everyone looking at her.
'Acha sorry !!plz batho' Sushant just pleaded her and then made her sit again and finally taking deep breath she poured out everything.
'jaante ho Sushant jab mein Di ke delivery ke baad Kanpur gayi thi aur us raat jab mujhe yeh pata chla tha ki Anant hi vo ladka hai jis ko Papa ne mere liye pasand kiya that toh mein bahut khush thi.kyuki mein hamesha se yehi chati thi ke mere liye ladka Papa hi dhundey . Agar mujhe us raat Anant ki photo Papa ke file mein nahi milltey toh shayad mein Mumbai kabhi wapis nahi aati. Then I realized that what was pulling me towards him and after that me too started believe in Destiny. Mujhe laga tha Anant bhi mujhe se pyaar karti hai aur shayad ..'Navya said with a smile and then paused.
' But I was wrong Sushant bcoz he don't want to get marry and if he had really loved me then he would have confessed his love for me till now' she continued while silent tears made their way down her cheeks.
Sushant couldn't take this anymore and quickly held her hand and consoled her 'don't worry Navya sab thek ho jaye gab bcoz rite now you are not able to see his love bcoz of..' but interrupted by her.
'Sushant !!plz now close this chapter I told you everything na'
'Acha baba kan pakad ke sorry.. aur maine tum se kitne baar kaha hai ki tum rote huey bilkul achi nahi lagte' Sushant said while handing his handkerchief to her.
She took it from him and wiped her tears.
'Thanks!' with smile.
'Hello!! From when u started thanking me? 'he said and just smiled.
Sushant (to himself) 'she'll never change. Aaj bhi bilkul waise hai ..stubborn.. per mein bhi har nahi maney wala.'
'Acha mere chocolates kahan hai ? bhool gaye na?'Navya asked in complaining voice.
'Of course not ..marna hai kya' Sushant replied while extending chocolates towards her and she immediately took from his hand.
'Love you so much bhaiya!!' Navya said while relishing it.
---------- Flashback -------------
When Navya was 10 years old and today was Raksha Bandhan and she was feeling low as she had no brother.
Navya was sitting alone in room lost somewhere. Anyone can notice tears in her eyes.
Suddenly Sushant walked to her room.
Sushant: Hi navya!! Tu yahan bathi hai mein tujhe saare ghar mein dhoond kar aaya hoon. Chal na game khete hain.
Navya while trying to hide her tears 'mere mood nahi hai tum di ke saath khel lo'
'Tere mood ko kya hai bandriya' He teased her and she just gave him murderous look.
Sushant:Acha chal tujhe kuch dikhana hai.
'Bola na tu ja yahan se mere maan nahi hai' navya replied irritatingly.
'Chal na otherwise I'll not talk to you' making face.
Now she had no choice 'acha chal' she said and about to move when he stopped her 'ek minute' and instantly cover her eyes with her hands.
'Kya kar rahe ho Shushant?'
'Abhi pata chal jayega'
Then he took her to hall and stopped near table and removed his hand from her eyes. And as she look downwards that made her both happy and shocked. A well decorated thaali with beautiful Rakhis,Diya ,sweets vermillion and few grain of rice.
And before she get emotional 'abh dekhti hi rahey gey ya Rakhi bhi bandey gi' Sushant said while extending his hand.
She couldn't believe her ears and asked 'ye sab tum ne arrange kiya?
'Abh mere tarif bad me karna phele jaldi se rakhi bandho' he said while raising his collars and she just smiled.
Then she happily tied rakhi with all rituals while cursing herself for taking to him rudely.
Navya: Acha ek baat bata tujhe kaise pata laga ki mein is wajah se low feel kar rahi hun?
Sushant : jitna stupid tu mujhe samjahti hai utna mein hun nahi..bachpan se janta hun tujhe .. bandriya.
Navya making face 'susshanttt..aaj ke din toh tease mat karo'
'Acha chal sorry holding ears' and both of them giggled.
Renuka :Hello !!Apni Di ko bhool gaye kya?
Sushant:'Diii mein aap ko kaise bhool sakta hoon'
Then she too tied him rakhi and after the rakhi session they hugged to each other.
'Acha abh mere gift kahan hai' Navya asked while raising her eyebrows.
'Oh sorry vo toh maine bhool hi gaya' he said while scratching his head and she just made a face to which he just gave a smile.
Then take out something from his pocket and handed to her.
'Mere fav chocolate!!! Navya exclaimed and instantly hugged him' thank you so much bhaiya.'
And from that day he took promise from her that she ll never hide anything from him and he too promised he ll never feel her alone on this day.
---------- Flashback ends-------------
'Sushant tum shaadi kabh kar raho ho ? sari zindagi Appy ko intzaar karvaney ka irada hai kya' Navya asked with a wink.
'Phele tere love story set ..I mean shaddi ho jaye phir'
'Sushanttt'
And after that they lost in their own world and didn't realise how much time have passed.
Two days have been passed. Anant was pacing restlessly in his cabin. He was confused at Navya's behaviour. He didn't know why she was avoiding her. He was not even able to concentrate in his work since the day Sushant came. Actually he was feeling jealous and curious to know who he is? Many times he thought to ask from Ranbir but then shrug off as he knew that after that he have to give him a lot of clarification for that. Here Navya was tried hard to control her feelings. Many times he told that he need to talk her but every time she was ready with some excuse. But today he was determined that any how he have talk her.
It was 4 PM and Anant was sitting in his cabin thinking about how to talk her when some one knocked the door and he knew who it was.
'Come in'
' Anant I have checked all accounts now plz u too check it.' Navya said and forward the file to him.
Anant just took the file from her without even looking. This made her hurt and confused too and quickly turned to left.
But before she leave 'ek minute Navya I need to talk you'
She turned back and looked at him and before he could say anything she started speaking in one breath.
'I know what you want to ask. Don't worry I have told your PA to schedule a interview to appoint a new Accountant and about lonavla now everything is going smoothly as production has started..'
He instantly gets up from his chair 'Chup bilkul chup' while placing finger on her lips. Navya felt a shiver through her spine due to his sudden touch. Her heart started beating fast. Her throat went dry.
Anant too lost in her eyes that always spell a magic on him. He just can't stop looking at her and then slowly remove his finger from her lips and started moving close to her and she too started moving backward with his each step. And the next moment she noticed she was fixed against the wall and now no way to escape but both of them didn't avert their gaze from each other once. She tried hard to control herself but failed. Anant rolled his eyes to her lips and kept looking at them. She felt his warm breath on her face as his lips were few inches away from her and she slowly closed her eyes. Then he slowly leaned down to kiss her lips. He too closed his eyes too feel them and moved ahead but before he kiss her both of them came into senses with the sound on Navya's phone bell.
And then he realized what he was doing and instantly looked towards her phone and noticed Sushant name flashing on the screen and this added fuel to his burning heart.
But before she could register anything and he instantly took phone from her and cuts it. And she was shocked and confused with his sudden action.
'Anant !!!yeh kya kiya tumne?'
'This is office and personal calls are not allowed. And who r u to ask me?' Anant said without realizing what he is saying.
Navya was shocked and hurt with his words.
'Ohh!! Thanks for reminding me Mr.Anant Vajapai' giving stress on his name and turned to left and then he realized what he said.
'Navya ruko plz' but she was no where to listen and left angrily.
