ok...i'll be honest & share my silly story here...till i migrated to Oz land...i was only aware of 4 types of cheese...normal(for when the type wasnt specified!😆...mostly wud have been cheddar only but thought it was different hence categorising likewise), cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan.
So imagine my shock when i stepped out for dinner with workmates...i read the dishes & ingredients & got super confused when i read about bocconcini, buffalo & goat cheese! Being a veggo...can u imagine what questions i asked at the restaurant??!!! I embarrassed myself silly...but well...i always was the office joker & ppl thought i was fooling around!! so managed to keep my pride intact!!! 😃

@Roopali- If you insist! But I'll have to wait for some time, I need to go all the way to Starbucks, get coffee and then make maggi! HOMP! But I'll give it a try for sure!
Pooja I can imagine what you must have felt hearing all the names esp if you are a veg😃 But now in India you get all kinds. Gouda with jalapeno and sundried tomatoes I found it in India in this visit and was yummy on pasta.
BTW does anybody like feta cheese
