Firstly, thank you soo much Jenny for opening the adda and the wonderful post! *hugs* Awesome takes from the usuals as well! It was a treat to read them all! 👏
After listening to yesterday's LU, I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth, because of which I watched the episode online and slept, and didn't post my take in the adda. One thing is for sure, I'm NOT happy with the track. My take seems more like a rant today, so I'm really sorry about that! If you wanna read a happy go lucky post, please skip my analysis. Forgive me for anything you don't like, and any references to othershows I will mention, cause its freaking obvious, and if I don't mention it, I won't be doing justice.
1. Navya at the magazine house: Navya enters the office, looking all nervous and jittery and she sees there's only one place for her to sit. So without looking anywhere, she walks towards it, and bumps into that lady boss, whose name we yet don't know. From the small introductory scene we saw prior to this, it can be made out that this lady is a no-nonsense type person, and doesn't tolerate shit from anyone. And out of ALL the people in the office, Navya just HAS to bump into her. So unexpected! *rolls eyes* Anyways, she bumps into her, and that Trisha lady insults the hell out of her, and so does this lady boss. Navya is embarrassed in front of the entire office, and she's on the verge of crying. Forgive me for saying this, but I was not very impressed with Navya's reactions throughout this scene. Its high time she gets mature, and stops crying for every little thing. Life is no bed of roses sweetheart, you can't keep crying. Learn to answer back and assert your right! Being so gullible and immature at your work place is only gonna get you in trouble hun! Coming back, she suddenly gets the job, without any interview! No offense, but how can she not smell something fishy? This lady, who was saying shit to her like 5 minutes ago, is now happily appointing her without even seeing her CV? W*F? And doesn't the office look a bit TOO similar to ASR's office, from IPKKND? CVs ke paas itne paise nahi the, ki voh ek aur set bana de? *shakes head in disgust* I can completely predict the outcome of this track, if it takes a cliched turn. The dude Amar won't be too impressed with her first, as she's gonna goof up a lot. Soon, he'll find that her goofing up is rather cute, and he'll slowly begin to fall for her, and try and get closer. There is a chance that Navya, being the innocent person she is, won't declare from before that she's in a committed relationship, which will make matters worse. This will create problems between Anant and Navya as well, and then the loonies will be all, "Dekha, humne bola tha ki ise kaam karne mat bhejo! Ab bhukto!" Extreme cases may result in AnYa splitting up as well! 🤢
2. Happy Mishra family scene: Navya tries to fool the family that she didn't get the job, but finally tells them the truth. She jumps around like a little kid who just won the fancy dress competition. Nothing much about this scene, except that I found it rather cute that when they spoke about Sugandha, Navya responded as if they asked her about Anant. 😆
3. Anant, the ONLY good thing about the episode: Such episodes make me feel as if I'm only watching the show to see this guy. He's chasing Nimisha around to see Nikhil's letters. And here we all thought that the Nimi-Nikhil track is gonna gain some speed, but as of now, doesn't seem like it! At least the CVs told us that they didn't forget about it, and I guess that's good enough for now! Anyways, Anant is in a shock as he has to work from the next day. His laziness, and mandbuddhiness is not cute and endearing anymore! He needs to get a hold of himself! Navya wants to work, but this guy is content to sit at home and stare at her! Doesn't he have any desiare to stand up on his feet and support Navya? Or does he wanna sit at home all day, staring at Navya? 🤢 Nayi Soch in this case would be Navya working, and Anant sitting at home, cause he doesn't seem to have any interest in work! Really, all he can do is dream about Navya Rani! I wonder what he's gonna do in the office, and more importantly, what is he gonna wear there? Then we see that he's slept off like a zombie, and only wakes up to the mention of Navya's name. Haaye! Soo cute! 😆 And when he calls up Navya, we get to see the ILU ka jaap, which Navya Madam had done the previous day! Lagta hai kal ki kasar aaj poori kar raha hai! I loved his reaction when he realised Navya was in his house and was about to tell the rest of the khandaan about the MAHA lie that he told all of them. Personally, I'd prefer if the loonies figure out now, or else we'll get to see a LOT of drama, and we don't really need that now, do we? But before Navya could tell Sugandha, fortunately or unfortunately BD calls her, and the whole thing is stalled. One thing that cracked me up was Ranbir Baba ka pravachan! Ek jhooth ko chupaane ke liye, dusra jhooth bolne mein koi problem nahi hai! *shakes head in despair* Imagine if Baba heard this? He'd get a stroke, knowing that his aadarsh pota hangs out with such people! Now lets see what does Ranbir the great do, to stall Navya from telling the truth!
4. Rama ka Dirama: Somebody shoot her. Seriously. She needs to get a life. And let others live theirs in peace. Asking what does Renu eat for lunch, and what time does she get home? I don't even have words to explain how much she pissed me off in today's episode! A word of advice to her: If she continues her psychotic behavior, even if Mohan doesn't have an affair NOW, he'll surely begin to fall for Renu, or practically anybody in a skirt, after all this nonsense he has to endure at home!
5. Precap: IDK, I feel as if Navya may not land up telling the truth to the loonies. But logically speaking, there is a chance that she will tell them, and that will give us another two days of drama where the Bajpaayees are being convinced to let her work. Only the CVs know what is coming next, so lemme just STFU here!
Thoughts for the day: As mentioned earlier, the office was the set of the office used in IPKKND, just revamped a bit so some of the audience wouldn't understand the difference. And the way that Trisha was worshipping that lady boss? Reminds me of Lavanya's secretaries! And now Anant is also going to work in Vedanta Press. Firstly, what is he gonna wear? Blazers? Or some shirts? Lets hope that he gets good clothes! Anyways, the last thing we need now in this show is Anant getting a psychotic hot secretary who's lattoo over him, and wants to ruin his and Navya's relationship in any way possible. I mean, we're already having 2 cliched office tracks, don't give us another one. First one seems to be about two unhappily married people getting a soft corner for each other while working in the same office. Second one looks as if its going to be a simple secretary, who goofs up a lot; her angry hot boss initially is pissed off with this behavior, but soon begins to find this cute and starts falling for her, and is happily oblivious to the fact that she's engaged. Last thing we need is a psychotic hot secretary behind Anant, who loves Anant soo much, that she tries to kill Navya! And lo and behold! All three cliched office dramas used up in one show! I don't feel like I'm watching Navya here, I feel like I'm watching some bloody episode of Rishtey, looking at all the complicated relationships and tracks that are soon going to come! And what's with Sugandha's new hair do? Not very nice IMO! 🤢
And that's all from me as of now. I'm soo sorry for the rant, just that the LU of the episode pissed me off, and watching it soon after that didn't help improve my mood either. Most of the views expressed are mere speculations, as we don't know what exactly is gonna happen in the future tracks. It is highly possible that none of what I mentioned happens, but there's a new side that brings out the Nayi Soch. I'll wait for that, and hope for the best! Please refrain from throwing ande-tamatar on me! BTW, all the views expressed in this post are mine, and I take full responsibility for them!
