Hello to everybody here! Everybody is going to agree with me that this was by far one of the best episodes in Navya till date! By the end of the episode, I was left crying as I remembered my last day of high school, and my graduation, and my prom...and oh I'll just stfu and continue with my take on the episode!
1. Anant the mandbuddhi getting all screwed up during exams: Moment we see exams begin, we see that Anant, who's been soo busy making elaborate plans, and swooning over his girlfriend, is completely unable to write anything, in like most of the exams, cause he doesn't know anything! Navya, in the middle of her exam, keeps looking out for her beloved, who is busy staring at his question sheet like the entire paper was written in Russian! Poor guy! And what's with half the exams taking place in like half a minute? Seriously, why the rush? Do teen episode aur badhaane mein kya jaa raha tha?
2. Canteen Scene (probably the last!): Anant and Navya are in the canteen, where Anant is trying (unsuccessfully) to hide from Navya and the rest of the gang about his pathetic performance! But if Navya is upset and Anant senses that she's hiding something, how can Navya not do the same? When everyone goes out to argue on some answer, Navya pulls Anant back, asking him if the exam really did go well or not. Such scenes make me wanna hug the CVs and the directors! This is the chemistry and the understanding we've all been looking for! Anant tells Navya what went wrong, and how he's unable to focus, and Navya decides to help him to study! And lo behold, she brings her hathiyaar (Appy and Rits) and they all teach him ways to learn chapters faster! At this point, I really felt as if Anant was a complete mandbuddhi! The guy didn't know what were mnemonics? And his reaction when he found out the actual use of them? Seriously, dude! Are you in you senior year of university or are you in grade 5? Navya, who was trying to explain him, didn't do a thing, as she stared at him soaking up all the knowledge Appy and Rits were sharing, and boy, didn't she look ever soo pretty?
3. Exams go well!: Agar Navya Ma'am ka haath aaye, toh Anant jee ke exams kaise bure jaa sakte hain? And such was the case! Anant, who now knew everything (or so it seems) was writing the exam with gusto, and Navya was staring at him once again! I toh thought she'd keep staring at him and screw up her exams! But, as we know, that didn't happen!
4. Mohan-Rama-Renu and Deepu getting a job: And once again we see Rama getting all worked up, just because Mohan stopped calling Renu as Renuka-jee! Jeez, this woman needs to get a life! Even Mohan's getting sick of her, as we see towards the end of the scene, where he tells her he wants to come home to find peace, not to listen to her useless crap about him having an affair! Deepu, on the other hand, made me go all teary eyed for the first time in today's episode, as he finally got a job! Saare pirablems ab sab khatam! I could have gone and hugged the guy and his mom, they were soo adorable!
5. Last Day at University: This was the main bit of the whole episode, which left most of us in tears, as we all reminisced about our last day at school/university! The way they all were soo stressed out to know the marks, was commendable! And when they finally went to check their marks, I was jumping with joy almost as much as Navya and Anant themselves! Wasn't it tooo cute, how Navya looked for Anant's name, and he looked for hers? Complete awww-worthy moment according to me! And the CVs listened to us, and gave us a hug! Admitted, not too lovey dovey, but they were in the vicinity of everyone, so I didn't mind! And the fact that Navya didn't shy away from that hug, was a good thing, cause she's always cringing away from his touch in public! And then the group hug, and Happy Appy getting all emo cause they won't get to come back to uni again! A flashback of all the important scenes in the uni life of the gang, and how it warmed my heart to see those scenes again! *wipes tears* Reminded me of my last day in school and my graduation! Then again, the promise of the three best friends, that their friendship would come before their boyfriends, and the promise that they'd all stay in touch really warmed my heart, and that's when I began to cry earnestly. Cause I realised, how much ever you try and stay in touch, after a point of time, it becomes soo difficult cause of the time differences, and the lack of topics and the gap, that you really miss those old days! Ok, I need to stop here, or I'm gonna rant about my school days!
5. Precap: A clear indication that Navya Rani's life is going to be squelched in that house. BD didn't give a **** about Navya making it to the merit list, something that really pissed me off! I too mirrored Navya's sadness, when no one from his side congratulated her! But its time she got used to it I guess!
Thoughts for the Day: The costume guys REALLY need some clothes for Navya and Anant! They're your LEADS! And one thing I found funny was when Anant says in the canteen, "Itne cakes kaate humne yahaan pe!" I'm like dude, we only saw Navya's birthday once in 2 years, and that's it! Baaki ke cakes kaha gaye? And of course, the RING. It bloody appears in the flashback, but not ONCE does that guy take it out and give it to her!
That's all for now. I'm just emotional about the episode as a whole. Kudos to the CVs for such a wonderful episode that made us remember our last day at uni/school.
