Navya has handled the situation well. I agree with that. But she may not be stronger than Anant as few are saying. That is because we haven't seen her facing any situation like Anant. I would like to see if Navya is given ultimatum by her father to choose a groom and get engaged in 1 week, what she would have done?

Anant needs a companion at this moment and no one is ready to render that helping hand. It will take some time for a 19 year old boy to make a life changing decision...he is bound to act erratic.

apart from being a guy thing .frankly i like her character coz its more realistic .by realistic i dont mean being a cry baby n have 24/7 frown face thats her weakness .thats fine Every1 has weakness no1 is perfect but the person who in spite of all their weakness put up a bold front in dark walks of life is a real winner.His/Her strong level headed thinking tackling problems with smile move on in life attitude is appreciable n navya has all these qualities .But as far as Anant is considered his character going on a nose dive .the Anant of the First week n The present Anant are as different as chalk n cheese .i hope we get the older 1 back

Manoj...I agree with ya!
But the point is, the first week showed us an Anant who did not want to even think about falling in love...
and Todays anant is all exposed to this powerful feeling...the difference obviously is like a chalk and a cheese!!
I prefer the happy old Anant, and I am sure we shall have him back once he is out of the engagement mess!!!As for Navya, I agree with your points!!😳
I guess I love both these characters, equally!!!And I am not acting political..I really like them both equally!!!😃

well dear the word Stronger is quite subjective .different ppl perceive it differently .for some facing their worst fear is their strength .for some taking level headed decisions n walking against tide is their strength .for some being honest n truthful always is their strength .for different ppl it mean differently .By navys 's strength i meant here was she took a decision n is firm on it .She decided to move on in life (i know its not the right decision gives Anya relation but thats not the point here)n is doing so trying to smile be happy put a cheerful even though she is hurt herself but at least she is trying n seeming somewhat successful but as far as Anant is considered he neither wants to confess abt his love nor wants to speak up in front of his family
.He doesnt want to marry Saagun but he isnt doing anything worthwhile to stop it .he wants navya too but doesnt want to speak truth too now thats weakness .if u chose a rose u have to welcome its thorns running away is no solution

As far as the ultimatum thing is considered so u think if navya choses Anant she is strong .like really even if that means hurting ur family then whats the use of such strength
As far as the situation u have put i m sure navya wont agree to marry that person even if her father says .She wont stand for something wrong even if her father wants that .She might cry n all but atleast will explain her parents her stance UNLIKE ANANT who is just running away from problems

Thanks for commenting. You have raised up an interesting point!
And my answer is that if Navya is being pushed to get engaged to a guy she does not like, she might atleast tell that to her dad!!!
About who is stronger than whom, well, i dont think its important!
Both of them have different backgrounds! So both of them shall face different situations!!And both will respond differently to their situations!!
ANd yep, I agree that Anant needs help right now!!And Navya cud be a great source..since she is in a better situation than him right now!

Manoj...the difference itself is that he has fallen in love now!!And thats why he has changed!!😳
Earlier, he was a carefree person who used to think that love is a waste of time!
But today, he has changed so much becoz he knows how important it is to be in love and the effects of this feelings has made him so confused, so emotional.
I bet if Shagun wud have come a lil earlier, he might have not "liked" her, but he might have not been in so much turmoil!!infact, he wud have faced the situation better than now!
Now, he is also surrounded by this feeling that the girl he is falling in love with is not his family's choice!
Wonder if I am making any sense here..
but my point is, love has changed him ...so we cannot expect the old anant back..the anant who thought that love is rubbish!!!😳

I agree, that anant is changed and love has changed him. Anyone is bound to chnage if they experience something they never thought was important. i remember in one episode where he reminds ranbir aboutthe chanllenge that he had made and also confeses that he lost. this shows that he never expected to fall in live with someone. .
He is portraying his dilemma very nicely, that does not mean he is not strong. He is just not able to take a stand because of the turmoil of emotions he is going thru. But i do agreethat he should share his emotions with someone atlest , that he is not ready to engage shagun or anybody right now.
At navya point, she is a dignified, strong minded and a very practical girl. She understands that Anant's family is orthodox and she does not want Anant to go against his family especially because of her. She also relizes that he is getting engaged, and now there is no reason for them to even pamper their feeling towards each other, the sooner they get over it the better. She truly understands to draw a line and also hold on to her decision. I really like this values depicted by navya a9-year old girl, in todays generation it is very easy to be carried away with your heart and not think abt the aftermath. but Navya has thought all the possibilities and made a decision which will make everybody else happy, even if that means it will give her a lot of Pain.
Talking about navya helping Anant, i think s too, only Navya can support Anant rgt now. But even navya is struggling with herself and trying to get strong. In such situation she might be afraid to get close to Anant even as a friend because then she might not be able to stay that strong. She is trying very hard to be normal and keep a smile on her face, but we have seen she is not that good with hiding her emotions in front of navya.
i know i am contradicting my thinking, but i personally want navya to express her fellings to Anant just once. That will make Anant very relieved and give him a little peace.
i hope the episodes after Anant goes missing, brings anya together..and i can see some true smiles on their faces.

Nice post.
I agree that Navya's strength is coming across. She is really making an effort and it shows in her interaction with her family which was in pieces for the past few episodes. Also, she is level headed in her approach to the Anant situation and she is being very mature.
I dont think she can help Anant though. He is already rather dependant on her and her not answering his phone call is enough to send him over the edge. He is facing a terrible situation and I think he needs someone who understands his family situation better like his brother. Navya is an outsider, she can listen but can hardly give any advice as she has no knowledge of his family's dynamics. Anant needs to come clean with his brother who can give him some support.
