Hey :)

I completely understand because I can relate to it.
It's just surprising that merely giving a label to a relationship such as "fiance" or "to be fiance" changes the whole dynamics. If the marriage breaks, having a boyfriend is just as equivalent to having had a fiance. So why the whole hate against the former?

Btw, I completely agree that these differences exist even today. And u are absolutely right about the sex difference u used as an example. In fact, my parents always say that my brother (who is younger to me) will end up looking after them whereas us girls will leave them and go. Then there's that whole thing about me not learning to cook yet.. so I always say why cnt u get my brother to cook cos he never does anything.. then the whole lecture starts. What they are portrayin is real, but I still can't help questioning it or wondering why all this is the way it is. Who came up with this? I always imagine some person, somewhere sitting down in a cave with a stone and nailing down all these rules.

Abt Navya singing, i disagree dear..love makes you do crazy stuff..something you normally wont do..she had just got off the car where her love hummed a tune..obviously she will be high in air humming the same tune..i found it to be cute!!
Also, abt Nimi, well, inspite of being young, its her first experience with a boy...I can understand how she is feeling too! With a family like hers, she deserves to be happy and excited about her new found relation!😳

absolutely true...totally agree with u...Embarrassed

thats the questions everyone has . and these things r made by our fore fathers ke forefathers ke fore fathers ke...😆 lol ok i ll stop.. well the problem is young india wants to see things in a new light but the traditions and customs of the family always stop them and the one who wants to do the other way is pointed as wrong. but i m sure the day we youngsters r looking for is coming... bcos surely we wont arrest our next generations like our parents n elders did... though with good intentions... at the same time i ll say not everything is wrong tht is told by them... bcos we CAN enjoy and do whatever we want BUT there is always a limit to everything.

in short elders are authoritarian and youngsters are very lineant. we need to become moderate. and the one who is intelligent and smart will utilize his/her freedom in a proper manner.

omg, totally agree! he's scary for some reason. like there's something going on in his mind...not just because he's strict or conservative. ..."unsettling" that's the perfect way to describe it.
