Conversation between anant and ranvir was funny. especially that track line.

in other news...or commentary, hmm, i don't know how i feel about nimisha and her conversation with her "woh" ...she's so young man. it's just weird. it's like because of marriage, she's being allowed to court. weird weird.

and did you see anant's dreamy laughing smile when he was in his room lying on his bed right before nimisha came? so sweet.

oh, and i just skip any scenes with anant's family. how boring, typical, it's suffocating.

oh one more, navya singing? it was too much. she was so hyper after that too. so unlike her! and of course, love to dadi, she's a great character. i just hope that they keep her positive.

I loved the ranbir-anant convo too..
all the youth convos were great today..
be it ranbir-anant, or nimi-anant or obviously the anaya convo..all were really good!
Abt Navya singing, i disagree dear..love makes you do crazy stuff..something you normally wont do..she had just got off the car where her love hummed a tune..obviously she will be high in air humming the same tune..i found it to be cute!!
Also, abt Nimi, well, inspite of being young, its her first experience with a boy...I can understand how she is feeling too!With a family like hers, she deserves to be happy and excited about her new found relation!😳

I kno but lile everybody daadi she acts like 2... Want girls to marry quickly, dont want girls to study n loves her pota the most

About the last part:

But Ritu, I agree with the topic maker that Nimi is allowed to converse with the boy only because she is about to get engaged. The family is allowing her to dream about her future with him only because the family has arranged this boy for marriage. Otherwise Nimi is not allowed. She has even been sent to a girl's school so it's understandable that she is finding all this new and exciting. However that boy might not turn out to be as nice as we think.. he's supposedly a grey character, right? So this is essentially just like dating/courting. If in this one year they realise the boy is not worthy to be married to, they will not give a toss about how Nimi feels towards him and just break off the engagement with him then get her married to somebody else.

I know this has not yet happened.. but if it does, then why can't Nimi just be allowed to date? Forget dating, why can she not even speak to boys? After all, right now her family has just found her a boy to date, somebody who she can use as an excuse to wear make-up, go out with and all those other things she wants to do.

ha...tell me about it...they have cast ranbir so aptly...he is this gyaan guru when it comes 2 anant's love life...be it his long lecture on how love changes a person the other day or take 2day for instance, when he teases anant about changing tracks...ranbir is a treat 2 watch...

That's so true :/

But my daadi is not like that! She encourages me to study and even prays for me; love you Dadi <3

I loved that whole family part! Navya's interactions with her maa and dadi was so much fun! I think Somya acted well in that scene.. and that little advertisement she did about making food! She's H I L A R I O U S ! Can't wait to see more of this side to her :)

oo by the way, I actually enjoyed the first half. It spoke lots about that family. They clearly have a systematic function: the boy does a certain job, the boy must earn a certain amount of money and must bring this to the table, the one who earns has the most control in the house, girls stay at home as housewives, younger ones get married off as soon as they can and as grandly as possible...etc..

I don't know how Sanjay escaped this system. Even his wife, who does not seem to be evil or anything, seems to have been sucked into it.. she seems like she does not respect her husband. She panicked just for merely knocking over the coins! :| Why? Oh yeah, that reminds me *apshagun!*.. something's definitely gonna go wrong with that boy's family. Also, the women(except that daadi and the loud-mouthed bhabhi) are so terrified to even voice their opinions! Anant's mum was quivering to even suggest to send a box of mithai, the choti bahu couldn't even utter a word.

Babaji acts very calm but there's something unsettling about him! The way his expression changed from a fake smile to that scorn when talkin to Sanjay! uff! Sent chills down my spine. Is he even human? How can anybody even want to come and live in such a house? It's the most functional dysfunctional family ever.

Ranbir :

theek hain..hum usse bulalete hain joh dost nahi, kuch aur hain

Anant : bas...tera dimaag toh ek hi ghisse pitte track pe chalta hain *HA HA HA🤣

Ranbir : kyon ki aaj kal tera dimaag kuch naye track pe chalta hain 😉

and the most amazingly LOL part of 2day's epi. :

Navya : tumne phone kiya tha??

Anant : nahi...uh... haan !! 😆

Navya : actually main uss waqt phone nahi utha payi...meri badi behen naa woh hosptial mein hain.. .unki delivery hone waali hain

Anant : huh??

Navya: Delivery...Baccha!! ...

Anant: OH...ACCHA...BACCHA ...DELIVERY!!!! 🤣🤣

Anant :OH GOD!!!...yeh maine kya kiya!!!!

@ athena - about the last part : thats what is happening in many traditional parts in india today and they r showing exactly tht stuff. did u see how anant was give rs.5000 but i dont knw if nimi will b given anything like that! this is the difference b/w sexes tht exists even today even in so called big families. and u r watching this shw bcs u r watching reality. i also agree tht most of the things is gheesa peeta but in this shw they r making a flow...in other shows this was not the purpose.
