Indian audience struck between only good and bad.
They want arrogant and rude hero
And miss goody goody heroine who cries buckets of water and just with the help of mata Rani and kanhajii she win illogically 😕

Exactly.And when it's the opposite case in which the heroine in grey shaded and the hero is sweet,it becomes unacceptable to people.

Ashi don't talk about vishkanya my head starts spinning,they totally failed to handle a beautiful concept if accepted well it could have turned into a beautiful dark love story
But they started with same miss goody one married the hero and now started with her suhaagan dialogues
They turned grey heroine to obsessed psycho

Indian audience is changing.
But not Indian telly makers.
Sticking to same old concept.

And they are getting trps with that same concept

The CV's don't know how to handle a grey shaded character it seems.The thing that made Astika unique was that he is grey.Unlike Shan and Arjun,who are completely black and white respectively,Astika stood out as an anti hero.

Astika's character had a lot of potential.His inner conflict between his love and duty,between his principles and loyalties could have been beautifully depicted.

His feelings for Pranali could have exposed a vulnerable and emotional aspect of him.

But instead the CVs turned him into a completely ruthless and dark character.😡

agree with whatever you said, 👍🏼 they totally destroy astika character from grey to dark, frankly indian Tv never understand what is grey shade , I still dont understand how pranali death fix in the storyline anywhere there was no use of killing her.
