Govinda on NB - Updated (02/03)

Bollywood's senior actor and a fabulous dancer,Govinda will soon be making an appearance on Star Plus' celebrity couple dance reality show Nach Baliye 5.

The news has already sent a stir among the participants and sources say that Arvind and Neelu(Bhabho of Diya Aur Baati Hum) are very excited to perform in front of their favorite star. As heard from sources, Govinda will be shooting for the dance reality show on February 26, 2013 at Filmistan.

Arvind, who imitates Govinda quite flawlessly, poured out his excitement saying, "The channel has told me that he is specially coming to see me as he has seen all my videos. I can't believe I am getting a chance to perform in front of him and am putting in double the effort. We are incorporating some of his trademark steps".

Buzz has it that Neelu and Arvind will perform on a medley of Govinda's hit songs tracing his journey in Bollywood ' right from Sarkai lo khatiya to Kisi disco mein jaye.

"We will play on the humor element and hope to entertain our audience. I have done a romantic dance number with Govinda in the Rajasthani film Beera Bego Aaije Re almost 12 years ago, that is before my marriage. I will be carrying the CD of the film with me to the shoot tomorrow in the hope that he recognizes me," said Neelu Waghela.

Now that Govinda is going to be on the show, it is expected that his former co-star Shilpa Shetty Kundra, who is a judge on the show along with Terrence Lewis and Sajid Khan, might also shake a leg with him.
