Im sorry but the fact that you are using the word stupid upsets me. Please take into consideration that Shivangi is a real person with feelings. These words should never be used to judge a person because I just find them demeaning and hurtful. There is nothing wrong with the fact that she can't cook and maybe she might be learning. Like everything else cooking is a skill as well.. its not something that can come really easily and its not something that everyone can adapt to. Just because someone can't cook doesn't make it okay for someone to judge them

I doubt shivangi is here reading comments made on her on this forum, if she is then i can't help but raise my concern. II have the rights to put across my view points, and if someone is fat. or stupid, that is exactly the words id use to describe them.

22 years old and still learning tea leaves is what makes the tea brown. How Smart is she!

Ok, this argument makes no sense anymore. I know people who love cooking and want to learn, but they just can't. It's a skill and not everyone knows how to do it.
In the worst case scenario, Shivangi can eat out at a restaurant for the rest of her life. What does it matter? She has a decent job and makes money. Cooking isn't the most important thing she has to learn to survive.

The TM has expressed her opinion towards an issue raised in the show; and everyone here is free to share their opinions about it. However, you are expected to share your opinions in a civil manner, and in a way that doesn't demean any contestant/member of the forum. Personal attacks are not allowed anywhere on the site and it would be appreciated if members don't indulge in it.

Let us agree to disagree with one another civilly and discuss the topic at hand.

how convenient. She can have breakfast, lunch and Dinner outside everyday of her life. Wah. 😆 😆What exactly does she do for a living anyway? I can't imagine a girl as smart as her having such a 'decent' job. The only statement i remember her making of her job was that it was ' Simple' Of course, because she can only do simple things in life, bechari's brain can't handle any other complexity.

Yeah cooking isn't the most important thing for survival, it is brains. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to have much of that either - i guess, she has luck favoring her in full swing though.

Aren't you suppose to be completely inactive till the 1st of Jan ? 😆

Anyways, I have raised my opinion also, if someone is stupid, they are stupid. What else am i suppose to call them, intelligent?

I completely agree with you. Societies expectations...i have no words.
Yes, she did look kinda upset, felt bad for her.

@Gumrah... : we all understand that you have the right to express your opinions, but you could express it in a nicer way. Thanks!

The word 'stupid' is relative and very contextual.

Going through the comments on this thread I wonder who really comes across as 'stupid'?

That means you've never seen real people. How many people do you know cook everyday along with them working? There are a lot of pre-made food that all you have to do is heat it up. She must know how to do that. She may know how to make other basic food but was she given a chance to say much more than that she can make a sandwich?
If Shivangi was the chef and Ripu was just one to work a 9 to 5 job would you have said the same?

And what are you talking about a decent job? What does knowing how to cook and having a good job got in common? A lot of people I know don't know how to cook yet have good jobs and are successful and happy in life.

Don't know how you came up with he idea that if you don't know how to cook you don't have a brain.
Some people just can't cook. It's not something you are born with and even after learning how to cook some people still fail. If you can't do it then you can't. Let's just leave it at that.
