This week was amazing

This week everybody danced very well.👏

Sangeeta's dance on 'Manmohini' was mesmeric. She should join NB-3 with a partner. 10/10

Yash-Gauri- This is one of my favorite jodi but there was something missing tonight. I can't really pinpoint it. The usual vigor was missing. 6/10

Tanaz-Bhaktyaar- I was indecisive about this dance after reading articles on mid-day. I am glad that it turned out to be a fallacy. They were the best. It was just perfect. 10/10

Hussain-Tina- The blindfolded act was incredible and intense. 10/10. Awesome chemistry.

Shweta-Manav- Manav danced liked a trained dancer and Shweta was wow. The concept was refreshing and the jodi did complete justification. They looked like 10/10

Gauri-Hiten: This was their best dance. I still feel the energy is missing and compared to previous 3 dances they were not up to the mark. 6/10

Shweta-Raja- Raja's improvement is splendid. Shweta was good as usual. 9.5/10

Starting next week there is no co-contestant voting. Final decision is based only on judges and audience votes. This is absurd. Either they should have maintained the same since beginning. Now after we lose Gaurav-Narayani they bring this rule. 🤢

Hey gud analysis Maya. I must add Sangeeta looked PHENOMENAL!!! 😉 😉 😉 Your personal scores are also very fair, not biased at all. Abt the change in rule, it's possible they made that change after NG's ouster, maybe the channel got lots of smses and calls abt it. I am glad they got rid of it though, it was a horrible rule!

so many good performances this week...including hiten and gauri's..usually, their performances are the only disappointing ones in the show...but this time, they made me happy

My take :

Sangeeta : Very nice performance. I agree she should come on NB3 if there is one. 👏

Gauri-Yash : They are back to their energy problem. And Yash wasn't very good. I really like this couple, they have been doing so well, I hope they don't get ousted this week. 😭 7.5/10

Tanaaz-Bakhtyar : Again, the energy and timing were impeccable, I loved Tanaaz's expression. But it wasn't the best of the evening. The problem with this couple is, they started off so well, now everytime we expect them to be exceptional and when they are just good, we are disappointed. 9/10

Tina-Hussein : Huge risk. The steps were simple, but beautifully executed, and very well co-ordinated. It was simply great, I love the chemistry these guys have, and they keep trying something new. 👏 10/10

Manav-Shweta : Oh my god. It is so difficult to do classical without training. I didn't like what they were doing on reality show, it all seemed awkward, but when they came on it was perfect. The get-up was perfect, Shweta looked like one of those statues in old temples. Manav was really good, didn't look feminine or wierd (as is always the risk with classical dance). Maybe his muscular build helped. Overall, great dance. They were in the danger zone last time, and I was afraid they would have to leave this time, but looks like they will stay around. 👏 10/10

Gauri-Hiten : What was with Gauri's costume yaar? How do they manage to make a pretty girl look wierd? Hiten was enthusiastic, Gauri looked uninspired to me, still looks like she's doing exercise. Why did they choose such a fast song if they could not keep to the beats? I really think they should leave now, I like Hiten so much, it breaks my heart to see them dance badly and get bad scores and look disappointed. And they just cannot match up to the others. 😕 6/10

Shweta-Raja : Finally I saw Raja dance. He is still not that great, he started of very well on the solo, then lost energy slowly over the performance, but still, it was commendable. Shweta was good, didn't look as pretty as she usually does, perhaps because of her infection. But at least they are a jodi now, I can imagine them competing with the others. 👏 8.5/10

Malaika-Shabbir-Mannish : Always good to have Malaika dance, she does have a great deal of ooomph factor. 👏

Overall really good episode, the bar is being raised.

yes the bar has definitely been raised. Would have loved to have NG too... but i guess one can't have everything one wants. I loved Husain Tina and Shweta Manav, both were brilliant. TB were good but as atria rightly put, we've come to expect more from them. Somehow didn't like Manish all that much. Had liked him more last year. However, what is playing in my mind is this: if Hiten Gauri are safe next time, whoever goes, i'll not like that pair leaving. i've come to like all of them differently for different reasons and in different ways. From next week, watching this show is going to be heartbreaking! As if i already haven't been upset enough about Narayani Gaurav.

By looking at the episode, I just feel tht frm now on there is going to be a real tough competition which they all cannot afford to take it easy!!
