I suppose Neil doesn't cancel the wedding since he promised to marry Mithali but when Mithali cancels it he is happy and goes to meet Avni.

I wish Neil had cancelled it to begin with, I suppose he doesn't go back on his promise to Mithali.

I hope Neil atleast finds out the truth. So far there's been no indication that anyone remembers that avni ran for a reason and that there's still a big raaz left! Even avni herself hasn't been shown introspecting or recollecting the fateful day...even after learning the truth if he goes to the mandap to marry mitali then I don't have any words...I mean seriously?! The fact that he doesn't leave but cheapdi askshim to , the very thought is sick and disturbing and sad. I hope aisa na ho...is there any scope of it being Neil's own self realization n not because of cheapdi giving her permission and blessings!

Guys, they have not played the way we all wanted, till the last moment Neil and Mithali marriage is happening and this scene is dream of Neil where he remembers Avni. The reunion is only on cliff so cill now they have already shot and nothing is changing.

The did not even show what we asked for. so no AvNeil scenes and remarriage of them. Even no Sindoor and MS scene.

I hate that its ended when there r so many ways to tie up.the many loose ends..but at the same time..im.also glad its ending as i am.sure if it runs longer..the dear cvs will do nothing but do more damage to the show and its characters...

I think I am the only who doesn't want him to go to avni and hug her after knowing the truth. Or even if he doesn't get to know the truth I will be ok with it. I just wish neil goes to her because he feels he can't live without her. Not because he is apologetic.

He already knows he can't live without her...he knows how he felt when she "died" 10 years ago but according to CVs he is so angry and hurt that he wants to move on with mitali. Only knowing the truth will melt him and make him realize that avni only did everything out of love, fear of losing him. But I thought atleast that would be enough to call off the wedding but even that's not happening. Cheapdi breaking it off is the reason we are getting a reunion. Fabulous!

But really can we blame neil? IF in that room hug scene avni pushes him to go thru with the wedding ..what can the man do? His beloved wife doesnt want him..and if he doesnt get married..his fam..mostly swetha..will keep.pushing him to mithali..so he gets married ..to keep his mum quiet..and like once he said abt rhea..he will be a responsible husband and maybe learn to love her..

the situation is completely different now...the time he was marrying Riya and Niall Mitali is like chalk and cheese. He was single then ...hadn't been married and didn't have a child. In the situation with Mitali ...he had been married ..was still in love with his ex wife and had a child . But he had made 1000 promises to mitali.. So the writers decided to push it through to the wedding and make mithal mahaan...instead of getting Neil to see some sense earlier and give us fans an Avneil remarriage ..
